Mamasitas — Restaurant in Jal

Ordered few times from here hot and miss if they will make it right or even try to make it better other then telling me the first time I called that the front manager was not the person to talk to that the cook manager or the owner were my two options so I called back at said time only to be sent to voicemail for 5-8 calls later I finally get them to answer once I said why I was calling to the owner she just replied with we’ve talked to them and they will be working on it and offered to remake the burrito but I didn’t have that time to do so… so I waited couple days ordered today and what would you know they didn’t pay attention to the order for my meat and potato burrito which this time they didn’t forget the cheese but instead forgot my potatoes and beans!!!!! Really shitty if you ask me that they still can’t get it right i didn’t call the first few times but then I finally do and it still can’t be made right!!!!

Update ordered today being in a rush for my work and wouldn't you know they messed up again and now I wait for a refund this is annoying they should be striving to do so much better but instead they mess up and we’re all supposed to be happy...

I've been going to Mamamsita on everyday that their open for a few months now, you could call me a loyal customer. But yesterday morning after calling in my order I was told there was a 30 minute wait. In which I was fine with but, waiting an additional 25 minutes before half of my order was brought with no drink and no explanation I got frustrated and cancelled the rest of my meal. What made it worse for me was that I brought a coworker speaking high praise of the place and he was given very bad service by waiting for a long time for a menu. I spoke to the front manager and said will not ever return...
