Been here a few times definitely not my favorite but it's closer to us than Diary Queen. Inside the shop it is very crowded, prices are extremely high for their cheap candies, prices are high on ice creams and portion sizes are not enough. Every time we've always walked in those girls are always talking to each other and come off as very unfriendly, they don't make much of an effort for customer communication. Their cookie dough has had a taste of staleness not fresh at all which is concerning that their inventory isn't taken seriously, it's a risk of food poisoning. Every time we've been there all of them look like they're wearing absolutely no pants, if they're under the age of 18 and this is what the owner approves of their attire I feel it's very inappropriate and I think they should all be ashamed of themselves. You're in a very conservative community they should learn to cover up especially in a workplace with food and children. It's definitely a turn off and can be a distraction to some. Don't come here often because of the prices. Not too impressed not...

Normally my family enjoys our time spent at the Little Dipper however the last two visits were less than to be desired. First of all, the A/C unit hadn't been working for at least over a week and it was unbearably hot inside of the ice cream shop.

On Mother's Day, they messed up my order and I didn't get the size of flury I paid for. I didn't complain because it was too busy and I wanted to get out of the sauna. This past weekend, the air still wasn't working! The place was busy and only one person was working. The poor girl was clearly frustrated because the coffee machine wasn't working and people were waiting in line. She probably spent too much time trying to fix it and talking on the phone to someone about the problem. My wife ordered a cookie dough flury and it tasted gross. The cookie dough pieces were the problem. They were either fake or stale and she ended up throwing it out.

Like I said, my family normally has a good time and we like supporting local business. I'm just hoping these last two experiences are not going to be the new...
