2.5 food is always delicious.

They are completely disrespectful to delivery drivers for any of the apps that deliver food. Will tell you the pizza will be done 5 to 10 minutes. Then you're there for a full 40 mins. While some of us have other food sitting in the car waiting to be deliverered. So that customer for whatever restaurant has to wait on this place. Then they ask us to call the customer when you are delivering it. I'm sry the whole point of the app. Is so they don't have to deal with us. So in my opinion it's your job to call the customer and let them know it's on the way. Not ours. The brunette in there with the curly hair. Is rude and we can hear her talking bad about the delivery drivers through their lil wooden wall. Atmosphere, nothing, but anger Everytime I go here for a delivery. I hate coming here to pick a delivery up. Then watch 5 other customers get their pizza while I'm standing waiting on somebody's delivery. I do not wanna hear this thing either "well they made the order first" cuz I will put that to a test. Especially, since it shows us the time order was placed.

I hope this gets better. Since you make your restaurant look bad and the restaurant that has there food sitting in my car 40 mins cuz...

What started bad, ended mediocre at best. As for pizza... It was edible. They got my toppings wrong however, leaving me picking half of it off. The sauce was super sweet, which was odd. The crust was very good. Ordered pick up from "their" website, which practically charges you to view their menu! Lists prices as "Cheese plus one topping", but doesn't let you add a topping without charging you extra for it. Wanted to do different toppings on each half of the pizza, but it charges full price for each half topping so I "settled" on just doing the one. And then to end it all, they charged a "Support local fee"! I'm all for supporting local, which is why I'm willing to pay $30 to order pizza from a place like this instead of the big chains... But to be CHARGED extra for doing so was insulting, to be honest.

The only redeeming factor was that the staff was super friendly when I went in. But I don't think I'll be visiting this...

Very disappointing experience. Upon being seated the owners daughter explained prices to us but failed to mention the pizza was round but cut into very sloppy squares. The VERY thin,barely existent crust was burnt. When we tried to ask the owners daughter why she didn't explain to us the pizza was cut that way her response was "oh well". The owner, although not too pleased with our not so positive feedback, did work with us on the bill, however his daugter was yelling about us being poor parents to our son simply because we did not like the pizza. I am Italian AND from Brooklyn NY & I was so so disappointed. I will never go...
