I'm not one to give poor reviews of a restaurant, but dang, the only thing worse than the food was the service. We won't be going back. Take your time and money elsewhere. Edited to include details: We visited the location Sunday, October 21st near the end of the Cowboys game (about 5:45pm). We walked in and were told by the bartender we could sit anywhere we like, so we sat and at that point waited for close to 15minutes (after getting our own menus and attempting to get the attention of any of the wait staff which were talking to other tables and putting effort into avoiding eye contact with us) when finally a very nice waitress stopped to ask if anyone had helped us, we responded no and she promptly took our drink order and returned with our beers. My water was not delivered until half way through our meal, also, our appetizer of queso was not delivered. Our meals showed up quickly and cold, except for the chicken fried steak which was fryer fresh and hot. The catfish was cool, slimy, and undercooked. As for the service, there was one large table that was having it's food delivered as we were waiting but someone could have stopped by our table and said they would be with us as soon as possible as opposed to ignoring us and standing around talking with the regulars. From a former bartender, you can make anyone a regular by treating them like one from the first time they walk...

Just no. We ordered crab legs and shrimp. We got the order of shrimp and the waitress said the kitchen didn’t see the order of crab legs. She then brings out the crab legs and said they forgot the corn and potatoes. We finally got all of our order but the “butter” was hot grease. The kitchen tried to play it off as butter that had been cooked too long. Any human can tell grease from butter by the taste and color. This was 100% grease. Our waitress took the grease to her manager to smell annd taste and told us she was going to have the manager discount our ticket. The manager came over and tried to tell us the same story about the butter being cooked too long. We asked him several times in his excuse making if he had tried the “grease butter” and he finally admitted that he did not try it. If he had, he would have tasted the grease. He asked if we lived nearby and we told him we did not, that we were visiting from 2.5 hours away for our anniversary and he offered us a gift card. What a joke. And the poor waitress told us when we went to pay that she asked him to discount our ticket and he told her no. To add fuel to the fire, we ordered drinks and the beer was warm. Bless the poor waitress that had to continue to apologize. Don’t waste your money. You’ve...

Our first visit here, heard so many great things and the pictures looked good. The food was very delicious but the customer service was awful. It seemed like they were doing us a favor by serving us. Our waitress rushed us through ordering and seemed frustrated that we didn't know what we wanted. No refills until finally a different waitress came to help us. The salad bar had no lettuce...or spinach...just toppings and it looked messy. At paying we were standing in the wrong place and no one told us anything, the employees just pretended not to see us. When we figured put where we play the cashier seemed indifferent. She took her time helping a to order, taking to her and not even acknowledging us, like "hi I'll be with you in just a minute " at least would have been nice. It was our 1 year anniversary dinner and they treated us like nobodies, I guess we aren't special but they could've at least treated us like they were happy we chose to go there instead anywhere else. No...

I have been a customer here for many years off and on. I don’t remember ever having a “bad”experience. My wife and I had dinner Saturday afternoon. Fried Mushrooms, Bacon Cheeseburger (Excellent) with Sweet Potato Fries, and a Taco Salad with 2 drinks for less than $35. We normally eat seafood and it is good. The salad bar is always delicious. Service was excellent. A little pricey but worth it if you are in the area.

Great food, clean environment, nice decor, value pricing. But the real standout here goes to Toni and the other staffers - top flight service without being overbearing. It's worth the drive if you are anywhere within the area: for me it was 1/2 an hour drive, and there were closer options, but it was 100% worth the extra time and distance. Pro tip: they do lunchtime buffet, as well as breakfast buffet on weekends.

We came here because someone recommended it but oh my goodness, never again. My $35 steak was well done and very chewy. ( I ordered medium) My daughter's hamburger taco was raw. My husband's burger was bloody. Sent back before I got a picture. The only good thing about this place was our waiter, Jordan. She kept a positive attitude and was very nice. We still won't be back
