Although al's cone zone does have good ice cream it was not a welcoming invironment at all when approaching the window the employee opened the window and asked what we needed so my girlfriend knew exactly what she wanted I however wanted to look over the menu so my girlfriend ordered now typically this would be when the employee would go get that and come back to see what I would like, instead the man behind the window gave me a blank stare and said what do you want I said I wasn't ready yet so he rudely said "I guess I'll get hers while you think about what you want" as soon as he walked away a girl came over to the window I told her what I wanted and she place the order and just looked at me like I was gonna hand her my money never gave me a price or anything I asked for the total gave her the money got my change here is the worst part I went to the side of the building to the benches that they have for customers to eat their ice cream now as I was sitting there with my girlfriend and 1 year old daughter feeding my daughter ice cream from my banana split the lights went out on the side of the building where I was trying to injoy a night out with my family and from inside the building a man screemed "what the f* are you doing out there come on" now yes I understand it was about 5 minutes until closing time but he could have politely asked me to go instead he yelled out a window and turned the lights off on me. My worst experience at an ice cream store in my life I'll never go back in my life. Good luck with your visit at this place I hope you have a better...

“Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania. A quiet patch of suburbia where summer nights are filled with fireflies, and the air carries the scent of freshly mowed lawns and dreams of simpler times. But nestled just off the main road past the gas station, beyond the corner church lies a roadside shack called Al’s Cone Zone. It promises treats, but delivers something more... something otherworldly.”
“Here, the milkshakes aren’t just thick they're glacial. So dense they bend the laws of physics and require both hands and sheer determination to sip. The ice cream? Served in portions so large, they teeter dangerously, a creamy mountain threatening to tumble from its waffle cone peak. Flavors you’ve never heard of before, with names that don’t appear on the menu, only whispered between scoops.”
“Patrons arrive with ordinary expectations and leave with memories that don’t quite sit right. Was the girl behind the counter really floating? Did that banana split wink before melting? Why does everyone say the same thing as they leave... ‘That was the best I’ve ever had.’”
“In this corner of the world, where sugar meets the surreal, and nostalgia drips like fudge over a sundae, you’ve found a place both sweet and strange. A place called......
Read moreBest soft serve Ice Cream and Slushies I’ve ever had! Their tornadoes are the bomb and their milkshakes are amazing! I recommend a small chocolate cone with rainbow crunch. Love their chocolate chip cookie dough tornado, ask for chocolate ice cream in your tornado unless you are getting something in it that is really chocolatey or doesn’t go with chocolate. Oh and their sizes are all super sized. If you want a regular sized cone that would normally be a small get a junior cone. If you want what would normally be a medium order a small or if you can eat it all. And if you want what would normally be a large order a medium but be warned a medium is really big, I don’t know how big a large is because I’ve never seen anyone order one. And to top it all off you can get a free doggy dish for your dog with your purchase, a doggy dish is just vanilla ice cream in a bowl with a milkbone on top. All you have to do is ask. You can’t go wrong at Al’s no matter what you get! Best ice cream place in...
