Turnaround Restaurant — Restaurant in Jefferson Hills

If I could give zero stars, thats what this place would get, since we did not even get service. I came in with my daughter and her friend and stood at the entrance for a few minutes before we were even acknowledged. Someone at the computer eventually said she would be with us in a moment but we waited another 4 minutes before I asked if this was self-seat or were we going to be seated. She said that they would seat us but they did not have any tables available but we could sit at the bar (but we would not be able to sit side by side by side) There were only 4 tables that were seated, and some empty tables in the main room.

I don't mind waiting for a table but the sheer fact that we weren't even greeted, just completely ignored, does not sit right with me. I mentioned this to someone else and was told that this is common for this place, and both service and food is hit-or-miss.

I hope that get their act together soon. I love seeing another small business in the area but customers will not accept...

Stopped in for the first time today for lunch. Was a very nice looking place and the waitress was very nice. My wife and I ordered the same exact thing. Hot meatloaf sandwich. 10 to 15 minutes goes by and as she was walking back to the kitchen, she says. You food will be right up. Couple more mins go by and the waitress comes out of the kitchen and say we only have one meatloaf sandwich left! Disappointed, I asked her why she is just finding out now? They didn't have enough for both orders? She apologized. I asked how much the two ice teas were? So we could pay for our drinks and be on our way. She didn't charge us...

Had a delicious basic breakfast here over the weekend and everything was made to perfection. We were seated right away, service was friendly and fast, and the space was clean, with lots of natural light, not dingy like some places are around here. The scrambled eggs were fluffy, the sausage patties had just the right amount of spice and the home fries were crispy yet soft. The only thing I could’ve done without was the TV, which was tuned (and very loudly) to The View. I’d rather watch paint dry in hell. But, I highly recommend giving it a try! We’ll be hitting this place up again for sure, but I’ll be bringing...
