If I could give zero stars I sure would. First of all I bought a Balloon for the Miracle Network always put my Miracle Granddaughters name on them. But wasn't even allowed to write anything on it. Next my order was all wrong. The older lady working the counter was more worried about a co-worker Chelsea. My Granddaughter wanted a Cheesebuger Cheese & Ketchup only didnt get that I wanted a Big Hot Ham & Cheese nope didnt get that either. Fries tasted like they were rolled in salt and cold. What I got was a Mushroom & Swiss and some kind of deluxe Cheeseburger. I repeated the Cheeseburger 3 times because she kept saying where's Chelsea. When walking away she stopped me and said did you get a special sandwich grabbed my bag took out a sandwich dont know which one it was. Put it in a smaller bag dropped it on the floor stuck another sandwich in the bag and said there ya go. As a truck driver that stood there already for 25 minutes didn't have time to check my bag. I will NEVER eat at this Hardee's ever again. Amd I really like Hardee's your loss not mine. Get some friendlier people to work your front...

While the brand new store was very clean the Hardies manager needs to remember that “ customer service “ is of the utmost importance and needs to stress this to toe associates. Breakfast- ordered 2 Sausage Biscuits, 1Bacon Biscuit All 3 with egg. This was my first time trying this new fast food place. The had not been checking the coffee and ran out. I have a bad leg right now but the had no problem telling me I could walk into the Love’s store for my coffee I came back and the gave me my bag. Did I check the order? Honestly, no I did not. Have you seen the looks a person gets when you check a order? 7 miles later I checked. I am happy that Hardee's is here. I do consider their food very good. Please don’t tell me the are learning, since the store is partially off track, service and exact orders are imperative. I mean it's like any other fast food place. They will get your order right 3 out of 5 times. They had their double cheeseburgers advertised at 2.99 for awhile but charged 3.59 when you would get one. Maybe ohio started taxing food or it's a franchise that can't afford to provide the doubles at 2.99.

They have always fixed their mistakes when you bring it to their attention.

Never expect to get a receipt at the drive thru, maybe how they are charging the 3.59 for the advertised 2.99 sandwich which the promotion seems to be over now.

The fry boxes, you'll be lucky to get them to fold out the bottom. I'm sure this is intentional so they can give you less fries .

it's decent food they just do shady things to be cheap while expecting you to pay a premium 12 dollars for a combo meal.
