The Village Pump — Restaurant in Jeffersonville

My husband and I have lived in Jeffersonville for about 5 years. I have been to the bar once and the service and atmosphere was very nice. I only had a drink. I have cancer that is not abled to be cured. I am going through chemo right now. Food has not tasted good. Tonight we ordered buffalo wings, pizza, and bread sticks from the Village Pump. The wings was not buffalo but instead barbecue. I would of complained, but it was delicious. The pizza by far was the best pizza ever in this area. The food is wonderful. Not impressed with this establishment. I Went tonight ( Friday) with two friends of mine. There was a televised football game on ( which is definitely bar appropriate). The atmosphere was no good. Walked in and it smelled like cigarettes. Went to the bar area and people were smoking at the bar. There were even no smoking signs outside and inside but, obviously not enforced. We came for the pizza and beer but had to leave before ordering because the smell was so bad. Pretty disappointed.
