Subway — Restaurant in Jenks

Horrible!!!! Brought my own cup over to get ice water to go with my cookie that I was going to purchase and was told after I filled my cup up it would be 1.10 for the ice and .60 for the cookie. How can you charge more for ice then food!!!! 5 years I have been allowed to get ice water for free from them as long as I made a purchase! For that fact Qt, kum n go, Caseys even mcdonalds will all give you free ice water if you have your own cup or small charge if you need a cup! The new manager was so rude and told me it was because he had to buy the ice! Oh and lets not forget to mention he got confronted by another person for being rude and stand in front of the store SMOKING! Ugh! DO NOT GO HERE!! After waiting for almost 45 minutes because there was only one employee, I finally put in my order, only to be told there was no tuna for my sandwich choice. What! No tuna on a Friday during Lent? Before my lunch was through, I heard the server say there was more choices completely out. What is happening to this store that I have visited many times since its opening? It's always something with this location. Whether they're out of meatballs, can't break a $50, or can't even open the store at their posted time (9am, tried to go in at 10:30...). The only good thing I can say is that they're the closest Subway, and they occasionally hire a good person who inevitably refuses to put up with their BS for longer...
