Subway — Restaurant in Jerome Township

The young man working on Monday 6/6/22, he mentioned he is a manager, did not get the name, is the kindest, most friendly and helpful perosn i’ve ever met at a subway or any fast food. I hope this review reaches someone our some sort of power to get this man a raise. Im a freshman and i came in with my mother. my mother and i were both blown away with how sweet and kinda he was and making sure we had exactly the amount of onions and peppers we wanted well moving quickly and having the best conversation. I have never had such an unpleasant experience, and when I called to complain. The lady TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME. Not only did they have an attitude with me when I called before my doordash driver arrived, but was also extremely rude to my doordash driver. Rude enough for my doordash driver to personally message me and let me know they were rude.

When my doordash driver arrived, they told me they were not even busy, and just standing around.

There was three servers in there I'm assuming one of them they were talking loudly to they didn't seem to care that they had a customer the girl in the register was counting her drawer well I was trying to pay I was the only customer I was in a hurry and the service was very I really like subway but I didn't like the atmosphere here with employees talking loudly to not caring that they had a customer in the store the register should be counted before it's put in so your customers aren't waiting while you're counting a drawer totally unprofessional service I will not be returning...
