Burger King — Restaurant in Jersey Village

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Burger King that I feel compelled to share. I ordered a fish sandwich, expecting the usual quality, but what I received was far from acceptable.

The fish looked and tasted as if it had been cooked two days before. It was dry, tough, and lacked any fresh flavor. The bun was also stale, making the entire sandwich nearly inedible. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food.

To make matters worse, the service was indifferent and slow. It took an unusually long time to receive my order, despite there being no crowd at the time. When I brought up the issue with the fish sandwich to the staff, they were unhelpful and did not offer any resolution or apology.

Overall, my visit to this Burger King location was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to their food quality and...

The food at this location is usually good and fresh, unfortunately they can't seem to get ANY special requests correct. How tough is it to make a double cheeseburger, plain & dry with extra cheese? I get no extra cheese constantly, but I'm ALWAYS charged for it! I also get it with all the condiments on a regular basis and my favorite is when they charge me for a double with extra cheese and I get a single burger with all the condiments and no extra cheese!! I know I should go somewhere else, but all BK drive thrus has sucked for years, at least whatever I get from this location is usual fresh and hot!! I just called this place this location rather to get information as to if they were open or not and also their location to go pick up a couple of burgers. The first guy get on the phone I asked him their location and he said what and ourselves asking for the location and he end up hung up my face. The second time I called a younger guy get on the phone and I asked the same question and he said why why we're closed very nasty. I will not be frequenting this location because if they can be nasty over to me over the phone by simply asking their location and their hours of operation tonight then they get simply just as well be nasty in person and do some ungodly things to...
