Ā Ā Ā Read moreGave 2 stars because the girl at the drive thru had awesome customer service skills. Chick-fil-A doesn't have nothing compared to this young lady. I ordered beef and broccolli w/ fried rice, 2 vegetable spring rolls and a large coke. I asked for my rice and brocolli to be separated as I was on my lunch break and well.. That's the way I wanted it. Nothing hard or difficult 1 would think. Paid for my order and drove back to work to scarf my food down. If only it was that simple right?! Since my beef and brocolli was put into a cardboard little holder instead of the plastic dish that my rice was put in ( no holes & not cardboard ) when I got to work The sauce from the b&b was all over the entire bag and my car seat. I tried to not get mad so I reached in the eat an egg roll... Well I would've ate one if I actually got them! Not 1 person in the drive thru except for the person who left in front of me so it was not busy. I have worked mgmt in retail and the food business my entire life so I know when its busy or not busy. Eating the brocolli was the equivalent of going to the produce section and breaking off a piece and chewing it. My car seat probably taste pretty good. I could've dipped my non existent egg rolls in it if I actually got them. So I paid $13 to eat diced carrots, over cooked rice and a few sips of coca cola. Absolutely ridiculous. If any of my associates were this lazy or did not have any pride in their work, I can guarantee that they would not be working. Enjoy the Restaraunt business kids because with a work ethic like that Not 1 person would give you the time of day. There's always A.C.T. tho...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location is hit or miss. Compared to other locations I have visited, this one isnāt up to standard. Hereās why: Tonight I ordered the new Wok Grilled Steak and Shrimp. Thereās was ONE shrimp, one. It was hidden under the 5 pieces of Orange Chicken. I dare to call it steak, more of a boiled Flank. Their āSweet Passion Teaā is anything but sweet. More like a āBitter like unsweetened teaā sweet. That seems the be the norm here. The tea is NEVER sweet. We live in the South and we like our Sweet Tea but this... I can understand they want to make things healthier for their customers; but do you think I would be eating out if I wanted HEALTHY? For the $1.25 up-charge, I would expect the food to be good and to get a decent portion and the entree be even, not overloaded with onions, peppers and SnowPeas. Some companies have the philosophy, āIf you like us tell your friends, if not tell usā. Iāve used this approach at several places only to find a uncaring owner/manager. So Iāll skip the formalities and tell EVERYONE. If the owner/manager really cares, theyāll read...
