I buy my meat from this place every once in a while, I came across it from a random search to support real ranchers in the state of kansas. I live in Kansas City, so not the most convenient to just shop everyday for me, but when I can plan it out, they will deliver straight to my house (frozen/packaged/perfect). If I was smart, I would plan it out, but life is what it is. I've also screwed up on orders and the owners have fixed it, even with the delivery happening. Good people, good product.    Read moreOn a road trip of over 3,000 miles, this little gem of a place was a highlight of the trip. Fresh ingredients, amazing burger, friendly staff, and an owner who clearly cares about her business (we spoke briefly). Prices were very reasonable given the quality of food.
The burger was prepared exactly to order with an artisan bun, super delicious.
I rarely order soda but a coke with the burger sounded so good and even there the taste was exemplary. Not everyone understands even a fountain drink can taste fresh or stale.
Sadly, there is so much mediocrity in food at similar prices. I hope the Wholly Cow influences other food establishments...

The owners have taken an area landmark and turned it into something that will be worth your time to check out.
