Dunkin' — Restaurant in Johnston

I spend between $20-30.00 each morning from Monday-Friday. Drive an hour everyday with my children and the inconsistency of this place has been horrible! Not only do I typically order it 15 min before hand but either they don’t make the coffee right, my kids sandwhiches are not toasted and the cheese is not melted, missing items, or standing there waiting another ten min because they put my order as a drive up then a walk in!!! Any one with kids and a time structure between 5-6am know how hard it is just to get children out the door, but to have a place mess up daily has driven me to stop going to this place! I get that it gets crazy in there but I rather a warm meal and all the items I have requested then getting in the car, having no time to go back in, and upset hungry kids!!! This is not because they are understaffed this is poor management and adults who do not care about thier jobs!!! Come on guys you’re getting paid minimum wage to work at a breakfast place! They fight for higher pay, raise the taxes and yet Dunkin’ Donuts can’t seem to provide $15.00h services!! Ridiculous!! I am not some random person mad at their one meal please take the time to look at my account, I have about 5k points and have been consistently going here for two months!!!! This is...

This Dunks used to be good. Ordered a Sausage, egg and cheese, Biscuit Bites, Apple Juice and Half Dozen donuts for the guys at work. I go through the drive-thru and I’m handed a BACON, egg and cheese. No biscuit bites, no donuts and no apple juice. I tell the girl and another employee calls out, “we don’t carry those biscuit bites anymore.” Credit to the guy, he politely asked me what I’d prefer instead. I asked for 2 extra donuts. What did the other girl do? Shoved 8 donuts into a small bag (my half dozen + the 2 extra) and handed it to me. I was so flustered by that and the wrong sandwich that I drove away not realizing I never even got the apple juice.

This isn’t the first time. They get my Mobile Order wrong daily. How hard is it to read the f’n mobile order receipt and verify everything is there? How do you miss 3 items. I’m all set with this Dunkin going forward. Orders are always screwed up and the staff is incredibly inept. (except for the big guy with the beard and long hair. Love that guy)

This has got to be the worst Dunkin in the state. Coffee is never made right. They just make you a regular coffee everytime over here. Food is always cold like gets served to you in the bag cold. And the atomosohere the demeanor of the people is just flat out uninviting. This is the closest one to my house so I give it a shot but I usually purposely drive more then ten min out of the way to get a different Dunkin experience. Day 2 another horrible experience. Coffee made just flat out regular and plain. Croissant colddd not even remotely warm I included a picture of the sandwhich I received today egg mangled I didn’t even order bacon and ice cold. This place legit just gives you whatever they want. Staff so rude can’t even get a thank you out of them or a you’re welcome when I’m practically forcing it
