Dunkin' — Restaurant in Joliet

I love this new Dunkin’ drive thru location paired with the new Food N’ Fuel on Route 6. This Dunkin has an express order kiosk when I get to the front counter so that I can choose to order with a traditional smiling crew member or I can order on the fast new digital kiosk. I love how Dunkin has better integrated the app with the new stores, it’s so simple to order via the app and pickup my order in the super fast drive thru or in the mobile pickup area inside. The crew is so kind and welcoming. Just tried some Dunkin Midnight coffee, just enough strength and smoothness to get me through the day. I can’t wait to get my daily Iced Coffee and their new sandwiches...

Ryan is awesome. I had to ask him his name the other day. Because of him, i no longer go to any other locations. No matter what we order he delivers the best tasting version. This would be 5 stars if you get Ryan to teach the other employees how to do this correctly. It's mind-boggling that one person can do such a great job, and the rest of the employees are average at best. Do whatever you can to promote Ryan and have him teach the rest of the staff. Today i went and Ryan wasn't there. It was someone i hadn't seen before. I thought I'd try. Unfortunately, Yanelli was unable to make a cup of coffee either. Please have Ryan show these people...

Drive up and ask for my order, can listen thru the speaker the guy isn't listening, after he asked for my order. Once I'm done ordering, he repeats a totally off the wall order I didn't even order, had to repeat my food order to him. I ask for chai tea, they don't have it, he says, I ask for a chamomile tea, they don't have it. I ask what do u have? He begins to have a attitude, I tell him just the sandwich and with more attitude says "yeah come around". If u don't want to work just don't show up, I canceled my order and decided to go to another...
