Jonathan and his wife Maria are fantastic! I stopped by today for a quick lunch. They are only a couple minutes off the highway and were well worth the time.
The setting is one of absolute tranquility, no highway noise, just the wind in the trees and nature’s symphony.
Let’s talk about the food. Just get the tacos. You’ll thank me later, and later is probably after the first bite. Tortillas were nice and fresh, the barbacoa was on point, and it came with the only condiments you need, cilantro, onion, a lime wedge and some super good salsa.
Their menu is simple but they are leaning into the quality, which is much appreciated.
