Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Jourdanton

I went to the Dairy Queen Store 1502 Zanderson, Jourdanton, TX. Everything was great at first, but then these teenagers messed up our meal. No worries it happens. BUT then 20 mins went by…, another 20 mins went by. By this time my family has finished their meal and my husband still hasn’t received his correct meal. An hour later still nothing. A person comes in and orders their food. They received their food in a reasonable time. Still nothing for us. Then another person comes in with a puppy. By this my husband still without his food and they take the dog through the kitchen. Employees didn’t wash their hand except the so call manager. Finally got our food. Now probably has dog hair in it so we feed that to our dog. I am very disappointed in this store and I will never go back again. Nothing but kids working there. I will be taking this up the chain until I know it was handled and that store cleaned!! I would NOT go to this DQ in Jourdanton!!! Employee for that registration...

The place is clean,and there are enough tables or both to sit people at. I noticed that the cashier was slow in bringing our order,and that is that we only ordered a soft drink,a shake,and two ice creams. She never asked if we needed napkins,or anything else either,like most other fast food place do while serving you. Later on,when my grandson accidently tapped the hot sauce on the table,while eating his ice cream,we let them know that it had rolled off the table and broken. The same cashier came out with a mop,and as she swept up the glass pieces and mopped the floor,she gave a smirk our way. I also noticed that the drive thru had a long line for a long while,but it had nothing to do with the inside,because we stay for an hour visiting with family,and only two other customers interested inside during that time. This location used to be a good place. I don't go inside very often but when I do there is an odor which to me smells like urine. The floors are always dirty and the managers office door is always open and usually has trash all over the floor. Ordering through the drive-thru,we'll it's a 50/50 chance your order will be right. Substituted onion rings instead of fries on my order at one time. They were trying to charge me almost $7.00 more and had to argue with the person at the window until someone else talked to me and realized they made a mistake. Had recieved salads and no dressing in the bag. Recieved fries instead of onions rings after I payed for it. I think management needs to step up and train employees better and keep the...
