Arrived at subway. An employee ran to the store from her car as I parked to try to provide service for me. I wait for the lady to finish her conversation with another employee about how an employee wasn’t doing her job and I ordered Nachos which were proudly displayed on the promotional material on the counter. The lady said “I got you”, and went to the back. She came back out with another lady and apologized stating it was only her third day. Not a problem. They stated they couldn’t find the boxes for the nacho and I said “oh not a problem” ready to order something else. The other “experienced” lady then said here they are and held one up. I said wonderful. They add my toppings and proceed to toast the nachos. While these are toasting I ask for a chicken and cheese side kick. The new lady looked towards the more experienced lady who gestured towards the bread cabinet. They pull out a flatbread and proceed to make the chicken cheese roll up. I get to the register and the experienced lady says “we don’t sell nachos here” I gesture towards the sign and then towards the nachos saying it looks pretty good to me. She said she cannot charge me for the item and then takes them to the back. The new girl then rings up my sidekick to which the total was $15 dollars. Sidekick dippers are $3.99. At this point I’m so fed up, I pay the amount and leave with no Nachos and an overpriced cheese roll up. The receipt said I was charged for a deluxe artisan flatbread melt. Read moreI ordered on the app. I went to pick up & arrived expecting my order to be ready as the app indicated it was. It was not & hadn't even been started. I was told they were still finishing the customer before me, there was no urgency. Then as I was sitting, waiting for them to finish with these customers, another customer walked in after me, up to the counter & they completed her order first! REALLY! (I am usually a very understanding customer. I get it things happen. But the point of the app is that I walk in I get my food & go. The employee even tried to ring me up when I paid in the app.) When they finally got to my order it was obvious neither were very familiar with the app or the instructions on the receipt. I had to go to the counter & walk them through each sandwich. They were even unfamiliar with the sandwiches I ordered, Italian BMT & Cold Cut Combo, I had to tell them which meats were on the sandwiches. Plus they are offered as "classic sandwiches" in the app but not on the menu on the wall in the store. They were out of some of the usual toppings like spinach. These employees need better training for sure. Even the customer after me ordered a Black Forest Ham & they started to make it with the wrong meat! Its ham! I arrived at 5:50 to pick up a finished order & left with my sandwiches at 6:30. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will be going to Grazines for all my sandwiches from here...
Read moreCome in for a sandwich at noon on Saturday. There is only one person working right now. She has not spoken to me at all and I have been standing here for 5 minutes. Obviously someone called in an order before o for here, but letting me know that, and that she would be with me in a few moments would have been nice. Some else walked in after me and wasn't as pleasant as me and asked he Le what the deal was. She told him she has to take my order before his and that she was the only one here. No apology was included. Service was sad. Hopefully my food will be better. Edited to add that I had to leave after waiting for ten minutes without any food so I could make an appointment.
