Food and service is very good. Order took about 30 mins to make. They focus a lot on the buffet. They refill it every 20 mins. Although they are focusing a bit too much on the buffet. As there aren't many employees for taking normal orders. There was only 1 person waitering all the tables. While the rest solely focus on the buffet. They need to have more employees for the dinning floor.

a Nice and quiet Pizza Hut Restaurant, the Waiter was super nice, the food came nice and quick and super Hot! and Me and Family enjoy the food and experience, totally Recommend it. if we ever go back to the island that will the Pizza Hit we will be having Dinner at. Two Thumbs Up!

Prueben la nueva pizza con el borde crujiente relleno de queso y por encima papitas LAY'S está riquísima. Recomendada 💯 Eso si, si la piden para llevar traten de comerla calientita al momento para que no se pierdan lo crujiente del borde. 👌🏻

a Nice and quiet Pizza Hut Restaurant, the Waiter was super nice, the food came nice and quick and super Hot! and Me and Family enjoy the food and experience, totally Recommend it. if we ever go back to the island that will the Pizza Hit we will be having Dinner at. Two Thumbs Up!

I went with my husband who is not from PR and had never been to a Pizza Hut so he saw it and at last minute said let's go there. As we entered there was only one person in front of us and the dinning room was pretty empty.No one greeted us. My husband wanted to know what to order for take out, I nicely asked the cashier employee who was the only one in the area and with a not caring face and tone said to either find the app or the website. I know they actually have menus I could even see them and apparently she was to lazy to even give us one. This is not the first time the cashiers there are not nice. This is why I stopped going there. Just went so my husband could try it and he was very dissappointed with the...

The Juana Diaz, PR restaurant. Buffet bar was excellent in quantity and appearance. Servers were always replenishing the buffet bar. Pizzas were hot and also the pastas. Salad bar was always full in filling it with lettuce, tomatoes and dressings etc. Excellent service from host. Called him Mr. Speedy...very diligent and courteous. Would recommend...
