Went there over this past weekend Saturday to be exact whoever this lady was that was working needs a new gig. She never greeted us and she looked like we were bothering her, I placed my order for a 6” inch wrap as I have ordered in the past she argued with me saying I have to get a 12” . I then proceeded on to veggies and said light onions then avocado she literally took the onions off my wrap threw them back in the container, grab the avocado, squeezed it and put some on. It was about a dime size then grab the onions and put them back on my wrap while this was happening a Fly landed on my wrap She did nothing to get it off gross. My daughter-in-law then ordered her sub which was wrong but she never said anything. I called about 5 times before it worked(was not aware that the call was actuallygoing throug) , when she finally answered she took our order and asked for when we would be there. At that moment we were literally pulling up. I was going to let her know that the phone hadn't worked before and sorry for the late notice, but she completely cut me off and very rudely said that she had people in her store and was busy. The tuna salad was straight tuna not mixed with anything (ie mayo) also dry. ordered 2xs mayo on tuna got reg. amount with the dryness of the bread and "tuna salad" it needed it. Another sub was missing a sauce. I was asked to leave a survey. upon leaving that honest survey. I received an email from the manager stating he reviewed the video and the sauce was on it and the texture of the tuna looked right. Lesson?
