Long rant, sorry. Food was actually solid. Average Italian food you can get anywhere. Not disgusting, yet nothing special. Alfredo was kinda bland but cheesy at least. Pasta wasn’t overcooked which is rare. Typical casual Italian food. I didn’t expect a Michelin star Alfredo dish for $12. (Garlic “knot” tasted fine but it was a ball of dough. Supposed to be shaped like, you guessed it, a knot.) 🪢 My real gripe was we ordered DoorDash for pickup and it took forever and the people (mostly the older guy) was rude. We could have ordered at the place, and our food would’ve been done in a shorter period of time even though we ordered ahead. The store is poorly setup. 10 foot area for waiting for pickups and to order and then a massive dine in area with only two people sitting at one table. I don’t even mind the wait it seemed other people were waiting for pickup. It was busy on a weekend night that’s understandable. My friend went up to get the drinks we ordered “whoa whoa whoa we already have them put those back.” My DD app says the foods ready… After waiting for 20 minutes he goes “was your order for *my sisters name*?” Yeah. Showed him fine our order. Cool “Okay it’s ready.” Great! My friend gets up from the bench “Wait man I gotta bag it.” Then it’s not really ready… Could’ve said “it’ll be done in a minute we’re bagging it now.” Some people enjoyed his humor and I’m sure if you’re a regular and familiar with him he’s a nice guy. But as a first time customer it’s off-putting. Basically if you’re getting this food delivered you’ll think it’s a solid pizza place. Lots of options. I’d even recommend trying. If you dine-in it’s not a great experience. Lifeless atmosphere. Outdated (not old school on purpose) interior. Rude service (blonde woman working was pretty professional)

Yuck! Used to eat here years ago and it was good. This time I wasn't pleased. To start with, the girl answering the phone sounded weird like she was sleepy. She sounded out of it. It took a while to get my order in. I ain't got time for this $hit. The breadsticks were burnt and watery inside. They tasted weird. I used to get them and they used to be real good. Not anymore. My pizza was bland. The crust was like a cardboard box. The sauce was boring. Nothing to it. They looked really tense in the kitchen. The older man who I think was the owner was tasting some food back there. The people working there looked unhappy. I did not get a good vibe from this joint. I think they need to do some work on the place. I'm gonna stick with Dominos!

Never eaten here before. We live South of Charlotte, but we're visiting friends. We should have taken their advice when they said they usually order Domino's and never go here. I got ziti and a side salad. At this type of establishment I would expect homemade ranch. It was not and it was terrible. The ziti was decent. Kinda plain. Too much sauce. Not enough noodles. Husband ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich. There was no buffalo sauce on the patty. The chicken patty was just a frozen patty that reminded me of those chicken sandwiches they serve for school lunch. It was SWIMMING in ranch dressing to the point where bread was soggy in the 4 minute drive it takes to get to their house. It was awful. Never Never again.

As a concerned customer, I feel compelled to share my honest feedback regarding my recent experience, Unfortunately, I am left with a profound sense of disappointment and dissatisfaction.

Firstly, I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap, and to my dismay, it was cold and haphazardly prepared. The chicken was lacking flavor, and the overall presentation was quite sloppy. The wrap itself appeared to be carelessly folded, which made it even more difficult to enjoy.

Furthermore, I also ordered the stromboli, but to my astonishment, it was mostly bread with a minuscule amount of filling. The ratio was entirely imbalanced, leaving me feeling like I had paid for a mere bread roll rather than a satisfying and flavorful stromboli.

Considering the amount of money I paid for these items, the quality and execution were severely lacking. As a newcomer to the area, I regret not having read the reviews before choosing this establishment. I was under the impression that it would be a convenient option due to its proximity, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectation. I am genuinely disgusted and disheartened by the experience I had. The unsatisfactory quality of the food, including the cold and poorly made buffalo chicken wrap and the bread-heavy stromboli, has left me with a negative impression of the establishment. I hope that my feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement, both for the benefit of future customers and the reputation of...

The food was good, but the service was awful! The waitress was very rude, not just to us, but yelling at the people working in the kitchen from the window in the dining room. She was combative from the time we walked in the door. Each request we had was met with an argument and being told that she didn’t to things that way. 1- we asked for a booth and was told that she could only put two tables together for us, 2-she came to get our drinks and we said sure we’re ready to order too, we had a very tired 2 yr old with us who needed to eat and get a nap, she said I’ll do your drinks then take your order after 3- when the food was brought to the table she brought an extra plate for bread, I went to take the plate and she said I got it I’ll take it to the other end, I said it’s ok I got it, we wanted to situate ourselves, she continued to argue with me over this plate, I then said I have it thank you and took the plate. 4- she then threw My food down in front of me. I complained to the manager about the service. He was very nice. When he confronted her she began to yell at him defending herself. They then went to the back to continue their shouting about her behavior. She needs to find a job where she doesn’t work with the public. Worst experience dining out of my life. I will never go back, which is a shame because the...
