I placed an online order. Drove all the way there on my lunch break only for the owner to not open the door, answer his phone or respond to the door bell rings and knocks on the door. The place is closed up tighter than a drum and no way to speak to anyone. I will not be back and I will make sure everyone does not eat here. Its annoying. If you were closed you should have taken the time to update the online providers. Some people have jobs and cannot sit outside your door, knocking and calling over and over again. Just bad business.

No, its not my mission to destroy peoples businesses. And I was going off what Google said. How it it my fault you pick and choose your hours? So your hours of operation change daily based on how you feel? Is that what you're saying? If you are going to provide a service to people and take their money, you need to deliver on that promise. Please issue me a refund as the service was not provided and I was simply going by your advertised hours. I was excited to try your food, I heard it was good based on some Facebook reviews? Bummer. Please give me money back.

Trash was surrounding the whole building with a homeless man turned over in his wheelchair sleeping a few steps from the door. It smelled like a garbage can filled with rotted meat inside the restaurant. The atmosphere looked old and ragly but it was as clean as it was going to get. The man that took my order was nice. He had a lot of patience with me. I didn’t know what I wanted because it was my first time there. I ordered a Philly cheese steak cause they were out of the chicken Philly and a hamburger with fries and an order of green beans. It all was horrible. They didn’t even chop up my Philly good and the peppers weren’t even cooked. They gave me about seven fries as if they ran out and was just trying to make do. They had put so much salt on everything I just knew they must have spilled it on my food. He forgot my green beans and when I got them they were straight from the can. My husband said the hamburger was ok but nothing special and he thought he should have got more fries. I will not ever go back. It’s just not worth my hard...

Had a horrible experience here and wouldn’t recommend eating here. Made an online order at the time they opened and whoever owns it was running late and told me and my mom 30 minutes and when she called he said another 30. Whoever we talked to was completely rude and not accommodating or trying to fix the situation at all considering we were on a time crunch and already waited a hour. He ended up telling us we couldn’t get a refund when I just wanted my money back instead of waiting because of whatever 3rd party website they go through. We had to come hours later when the food still wasn’t ready and he gave me rotel fries instead of chili cheese fries because they didn’t make chili that day.
