I work in the Mexican restaurant next to China dragon, me and my coworkers always make orders here. Their food is delicious and they always try the best to make it hot and their service is very awesome too. Just now when I was waiting for my food, I heard the owner who is always very sweet talked to a costumer over the phone who said she ordered the food one week ago and she lost her receipt, but the owner's computer didn't have record to prove she has ordered from China dragon. The customer said she gave the food back when she found its wrong but I'm wondering why she didn't ask to replace or refund when she took the food back? The owner said no body returned wrong food back, if so, they always make the right one immediately or refund instead of waiting for one week! I heard this customer ordered yesterday over $70 but didn't wanna pay and today she called in to try to ordered again and still wanna get it for free. The owner asked her to please come to the restaurant to fix it face to face but the customer doesn't want to. She only wanna talk over the phone and order for free! This is the first time I saw something such awful like this and some people ridiculous like this customer! The customer insisted she ordered from this restaurant without any thing that can prove it and doesn't wanna come to figure it out either and threatened to give more bad reviews, so another customer who heard their conversation too told the owner one way to file a judgement! Shame on this customer! Which owner will just refund or replace orders whoever call in to ask for it when the computer even don't have a record either??? Read moreOrdered delivery, it took one and a half hours to get delivered. I called after an hour to check on my order and he said the driver is out delivering my order. Took an extra 30 min to get delivered. As I was calling to cancel, the driver pulled up. I asked for him to set it on the porch and he refused. The driver just kept standing there. I have sick people in the house and I specifically asked for him to just leave it, even after opening the door a crack to tell him. Finally I just opened the door to take it because he wasn't listening. He wanted me to sign the receipt which is fine, but he kept standing at the door. He then sat in my drive way for 10 min. The food was cold, husband had to go microwave his soup. My son said his beef was ok. The only thing I liked was the wonton broth. Everything else was either too salty or bland. There's only 2 Chinese restaurants ill eat at. Thats Hunans in Liberty Mo & China Dragon on N Oak in Gladstone Mo. The owners are so nice & friendly their food is always hot, always made fresh upon ordering (which is a pretty big deal for me, also you won't have any of that unidentifiable gristle & rubbery kind of meat) and always fast plus they deliver. I usually pick it up on my way home I call in my order when I'm getting off the highway 5 miles from home and by the time I get there it's ready.
