t to the drive-thru and ordered the normal sandwich that I always order and they tried to charge me $0.30 extra to substitute one condiment for another! When the manager got on she was extremely rude and unprofessional.... When I asked her what her name was she refused to give it to me! I am a manager and I'm in customer service as well... I was so Disturbed and disgusted by her that I decided to go in and once again try to get her name! She finally gave me her name and she said that she was the manager on dudy and completely ignored my questions even tho I am a paying customer and have been since this location has opened!!! I then told her that I would like her general manager's name and she told me she wasn't giving it to me and that I was going to have to leave ... So I went out to get my phone so I could get her comments and behavior on camera, but she proceeded to lock both doors of the building to where I couldn't even get her behavior on camera!!! This has been my McDonald's since this location has opened but unfortunately the A.M. manager "Laura" has rubbed me so wrong that me and my entire family and all of my friends will be taking our business to the McDonald's 5 minutes down the road where they believe in customer service!! However, that will not negate the fact that I will do everything in my power to ensure that all of the other customers choosing this location will not have to deal with the rude customer service that I had to deal with today! She might not have given me the general managers information but I promise you I will not stop until this is handled. Thank God my family works for Fox 4 cuz this might need to be addressed on a bigger scale since they refuse to give me the name and contact information of the general manager who has the authority and the position to address the issue!! Which is completely...

Horrible experience at this location. They seem to be seriously missing a focus/priority on taking care of customers or wanting the store to be profitable. Didn't seem like anyone cared. Tonight was very frustrating and wasted about 25 minutes of our lives.

We were in line in the drive-through well ahead of closing time. It was moving super slowly! (I don't think I've ever seen a drive-through at McDonald's move so slowly.) We were patient, and finally got up to where we could order, pulling up as the car in front of us pulled forward. It was still before closing time. No one came on the speaker. We waited more than 5 minutes. The car in front of us still hadn't moved any further forward. Still no one came on the speaker, and no lights were turned out or anyone saying they were closing. (We were essentially stuck between cars there for about 10 minutes after we got to the order speaker.) When the car ahead of us finally pulled forward around the corner, we pulled around and knocked on the pay window once we got to it. She said they closed, but she would get the manager.

They knew that we and other cars had been waiting for some time, but were entirely unconcerned and just didn't care. The manager just said sorry we're closed and we don't have any food to serve you. Meanwhile numerous cars that had been waiting behind us for quite a while began pulling away. This whole thing took about 25 minutes. What an incredible disrespect and lack of service to customers! Really appalling. They lost business and frustrated customers. We left highly frustrated, with no food and a bunch of our time wasted. We plan to never go to this...
