McDonald's — Restaurant in Kansas City

I thought with this being a new location they'd have themselves together (at least for the first few months) no..absolutely not..this is one of the worst McDs i have ever had & i've been to them all over the country, new & old, any hours. None as continuously off as this location. EVERY TIME i order they leave off the little onions..that's like the main thing that gives these burgers flavor..and when i take it in to tell them there is one worker always there unfortunately who gets a huge attitude when i kindly ask to have some onions added or just a side of them..once she actually pointed to the two or three little flakes almost touching my patty then slid it back to me..i was like uhhhh she said "well what do you want me to do about it" i was like "well i might need a new one now that this has been handled". She was very angry. On another occasion i went inside & used the kiosk, it didn't print my recipt..i told that lady and she tapped the paper they stick to the burger box with the order on it and said that was it..then left..i waited in a 2 person line for over 20 mins to tell her then she said "okay" and walked away again..i assumed that meant she'd tend to it until another 20 mins passed and i had to ask a guy who went and pressed some internal print paper thing on the machine. She's always ticked if i have an issue & there usually is one. Entire sandwiches left out, toppings left off, cold or messy food. I have learned to ask for extra dehydrated onions (not chopped those are different). I honestly think they figured out they can save 5c per person by leaving them off or something cause i promise you they're RARELY there. Check yours! It's probly only barely a sprinkle of mini onion crumbs. I keep an open mind knowing what quality McDs is synonymous for but this place goes beyond a forgotten ketchup packet here or there. They have constantly messed up my orders, aside from the onions, i just get really upset when the tiny onion chirplet pieces...

While the food was great, my boyfriend and I went to go pick up our mobile order. When we got to the drive through, it was very hard to understand the employee and he was mumbling. When we did understand him, we gave him our mobile order code and then he proceeded to mumble-ask us to wait a second (which would be fine), but we waited 5-8 minutes. I asked if we could pull forward, and he forgot he took our order and mumble-said the whole script again. i re-told him the code and we pulled forward. when we got to the window, he threw the window open and shoved the drinks in my face. He was really off, my boyfriend and I agree that he seemed high as a kite. he then told us to go to the next window, where we then proceeded to wait another 12-15 minutes for our SMALL order. We gave up and went inside, and talked to an employee (who was actually very nice and very helpful). however, when that employee got her manager, she was sassy, rude, and looked at me like I was crazy. She was super unpresentable, even for a mcdonald's. she has a massive hickey on her neck and was wearing a bonnet. Come on McDonalds, i know it's a fast food job but come on. it's still a paying job, at least be...

This is like the 5th time I've been to this McD's location since it opened, (kept thinking they'd get better, since they are fairly new. I was wrong), and they are TERRIBLE!!! EVERY single time I've placed an order here, they get it wrong! EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Tonight, I ordered a 6 pc McNugget Happy Meal, comes with fries, (I got dbl fries), and drink. I ordered Hot Mustard sauce. They gave me sweet -n- sour. Wanted unsweet tea for the drink that comes with the happy meal. Didn't get it. Also ordered a med. fry. I didn't get it. I also ordered a med. coke. Received a small instead.I ordered a large mocha frap, and I received a medium. Like I said, this not the 1st time they've gotten my order wrong. Whether it was drive thru, curbside, or inside. DO NOT GO HERE!! If you do, make sure your order is correct before leaving. My boyfriend picked up our order tonight, and didn't check, but he shouldn't have to!! We will NEVER order from this...
