This particular McDonaldâs is so hit or miss. On occasions, youâll get prompt, wonderful service with hot, fresh food and smiles from employees that seem to care about their job and the quality of service you receive. The rest of the time? . The rest of the time you might as well just keep driving to the one thatâs up the road a ways in north KC. Most of the time you get extremely rude employees who get belligerent when you let them know they didnât give you part of your order or theyâve randomly close down the store and not display any sort of notice that theyâre closed when you pull up to the speaker and then waste time sitting there. When you get the bad service, expect your food to be damn near cold and the French fries to be old And horrible tasting. Oh and if you place a mobile order when theyâre in their horrible customer service mindset and let them know that you placed an order through the app, expect them to argue with you about it being made, expect to wait 20-30 minutes and you receive old, cold food.
Overall, this particular franchise restaurant is on my list of top horrible locations to go. Even in a pinch, Iâd rather drive past it and ignore it but there are times where itâs easier to stop since itâs closer to my job just to have lunch for work. Training wise, I think the owner needs to redo that with their staff and explain how fast food works and how to provide quality service. Most of their employees are more concerned about cussing as loudly as possible over the headset or being overly rude and unpleasant to customers, or more focused on not being sanitary or clean while making orders.
Overall? If youâre willing to take a risk and stop in for food, this is a good place to test your luck. Otherwise, Iâd pass by it and go elsewhere. Oh and donât believe their open 24/7 hour sign. Most of the time the employees are shutting the store and not reopening it until 4am-5am without any sort of notice about being closed being...
Read moreMe and my coworker ordered mobile orders, I told the lady at the speaker. They took our codes and I told her my name, she said alright pull up to the window. I did, then she immediately tried handing us two large sweet teas, I said oh no I have a coke he has a diet coke she said no two large sweet teas, I said no I have so and so and he has so and so. Then she gets frustrated and hands the head piece to an employee and is trying to figure out their mistake. She sees my order hands me my coke and Mcdouble while saying you said your name was Addison, I said no ma'am I said Amanda and she said well I called you Addison and you said yes, and that's when I informed her I'm hard of hearing my apologies and she still had an attitude. Then told us to park so they can figure out his order, sure no problem. Then I asked if I could purchase big mas sauce because the app would not let me, and she yells omg sure. Then we wait 8 minutes to them to bring my coworkers food out, and then mumbled trash talk after rudely saying and here's your Big Mac sauce good bye. I don't know her name, but she's missing her front teeth and she was the manager. Managers should be able to handle stress and pressure pretty well, and she clearly could not. Definitely do not recommend this McDonald's, the entire time we were worried they spat in our food and how she spoke to us all because she couldn't handle simple two McDonald's...
Read moreitâs about 8 PM. I put my order in on the McDonaldâs app and I come to the drive-through immediately when Iâm greeted at the speaker itâs what do you want not welcome to McDonaldâs and I give them my code. Then they say pulled in the second window, so I do so immediately when I get up there, thereâs a girl and a head wrap, Iâm not sure what religious affiliation sheâs from but that doesnât have anything to do with it. She was completely rude. She rolled her eyes after I asked for barbecue sauce with my food. Iâm sorry, but thereâs no reason for you to be a complete asinine person towards someone who is actually really nice, I try to go my way to be nice to people who work in customer service because I work in customer service retail donât be a complete disrespectful person to somebody whenever you are working thereâs no reason for it especially when they pay your bills if you donât like customer service go get a different job I was disrespected and I had to go back to the drive-through because I forgot to order a drink with my meal so I let them know that I reported her to corporate and that if she doesnât like her job, she needs to go get a different one because thereâs no way that you treat somebody like that when you donât even know the people you...
