Usually have no issues here but tonight I arrived to pickup my UberEats order and they had given it away to someone else and gave 0 explanation as to who they gave it to. I called UberEats and they verified that none of their drivers picked up my order meaning this place did not verify they were giving my order to the correct person/another customer. When I called to place a replacement order, the older lady on the phone said it would be a 15 minute wait. After waiting, I went to the window and the girl said she didn’t have an order under my name and then said her boss, “just texted it” to her. She gave me a buzzer and I proceeded to wait another 5 minutes in my car under the rain for my food. They took a lot of my time tonight, please take steps to keep this type of thing from happening again. Very disappointed. Additionally the chicken burrito and quesadilla lack seasoning/salt. They poured some kind of flavorless “broth/juice” on the burrito that just made it soggy. The birria on the other hand...

Ordered a steak pizzadilla right before 8:30pm via DoorDash. This time, my order wasn't tampered proof taped. I paid for extra green sauce and didn't receive it. The pizzadilla only comes with Consome with the Birria PizzaDilla. The consome should be a free add-on option for all the pizzadillas. Overall, the food is always good.

Recent Door Dash 12/2/23 evening. I ordered the Chicken/Pollo Pizzadilla. Tastes better than the Birria pizzadilla. The red sauce is hot but good.

■Aug 10th tried the Birria Egg Rolls. it's good.

■Ordered the Birria pizzadilla on July 30th. Im not a fan of it by itself. I added more cheese on top, pico de gallo, guacamole, and salsa verde. Made it taste much better. It's very filling, I split it between 3 days.

■July 26th New customer ordered through Door Dash. So good! I ordered the beef and chicken quesabirria tacos. The beef was my favorite. I recommend trying...

I tried to call to place my order and got sent to voicemail so I went and felt rushed while ordering mixed up the item I wanted and placed my order. Once I realized a mistake was made after I got home I tried to call multiple times to see what could be done to resolve the issue but no one answered I had to drive all the way from my home back to the restaurant only for them to say we can remake it but you will have to pay for it and we will only take off $2 and we refuse to exchange it for anything else. I ended having to throw away my order because it was items that I could not eat at all. Waist of time and money. The food is ok but there are a lot of other places that are closer to my home that are WAYYYYY better with flavor and price. If you can find something else I would definitely recommend going there...
