Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kansas City

Normally I prefer Pizza hut out of any other leading brands great flavors and the best of it's stuff crust, but I keep having issues on delivery orders seem like they can't double check before they leave the door. The delivery guy didn't even do the safety covid-19 procedure to show us the pizza if it's right he just got the money and left with haste. We ordered over $60+ of food FYI. We called the store over 10 times and with no exaggerations and they seem to hang up on us as well and we ended up calling corporate and just know we paid for delivery and we tip the guy. Both pizza came wrong with ingredients that we didn't even ordered as shown the pictures below. When we called corporate a lady answered named Regina who is a supervisor said she didn't work at this location where we ordered the food from and she said that there wasn't any cheese crust and that they give us less than 30 percent approximately of the money and wasting our gas to go to the place, she seem like she didn't want to deal with us and basically forget about us. We ended up taking the pizzas to the store to, cause we wanted to eat already and enjoy our family company, under covid-19 regulations, the manager ended giving us the right pizza right when we entered the store like if he knew already And ended up lecturing the delivery driver and that doesn't stop there, the pizza was cold and dry and seems like they only put a teaspoon of tomatoe sauce in the pizza. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! I ordered delevery two separate occasions about a week apart. NEVER SHOWED UP! Whever I would call to find put what was going on && why my pizza was not here yet, they just kept telling mre it was on its way. The first time at about midnight they gave me a coce to give the delivery person in order to recieve a discount of 50% off my order since 4 hours had gone by and still no pizza however I got a 100% discount because my ppizza never showed. A week later we decided to try it again and we waited 7 hours for pizza that never came. Every time I called they would tell me it was ob its way. Both times the person I spoje to was rude and really acted like I really interrupting her, I bothering her. If you dont like your job dont take it out on me. I have gotten take out fronhere on several occasions & the pizza was not very good. I would have to stay and wait fir them to make me a new pizza while I was there cauuae i was not goinf to take old, burned or the wrong pizza home. Why were they rude to me about having to remake my pizza that THEY MESSED UP! ANYWAY DO NOT GO HERE UESS U DONT REALLY WANT YOUR FOID. DONT GO HERE UNLESS U YOU DONT WANT THE PIZZA YOU ORDER. DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT BURNT PIZZA. DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANTED TO BE TALKED TO LIKE YOU ATE SCUM OF THE EARTH BY SOME HORRIBLE PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO SKILL, MANNORS, NO RESPECT, NO SELF RESPECT, NO MORALS, JUAT SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME & HEAFACHE AVOID THIS PIZZA HILUT...

Expect a two-hour wait for substandard food...and for them to lie about it. We'd ordered breadsticks and over an hour and a half had passed. We were told that the driver was on their way and they'd just left five minutes ago. We live just down the block. With a little kid, we'd opted to stay home rather than running to the grocery store to pick up dinner, and to treat ourselves to a pizza. We hadn't done that in months. We won't be doing it again. The driver had left five minutes ago? They had to be walking, slowly, and stopping often...because we live less than two minutes away counting getting out of the parking lot. Not even a full block away. We'd ordered pizza several months earlier with a two-hour delay and the "driver just left with your order 5 minutes ago" spiel then, too. Don't order. You will never actually know when it's going to arrive until it arrives sometime between 1 1/2 and 3 hours later, and they'll lie about it. And the food will be cold or made wrong, too. Even cheesesticks. How do they mess up cheesesticks? Order and...
