Subway — Restaurant in Kansas City

We stopped in just for a snack to hold us over for a while. The nice women behind the counter had some nice hot cookies fresh out of the oven. We had to wait a couple of minutes for them to cool before we could take them. Even then they still bent over on me and melted some of the chips on my fingers. But they were so good. Good thing I have napkins. A nice place with a nice person serving us. The only thing I did notice is that they had notes down on the restrooms saying you needed to be a customer to use them. I'm guessing they get a lot of traffic from the highway only interested in the restrooms. So I thought about it, and didn't remember many rest areas on the highway. Maybe that is the issue. I can't comment on the restrooms themselves, I didn't use them. Anyway, I don't frequent Subway a lot. But I do like the cookies. I'm glad that I stopped at this subway for a snack (cookies). Because I was fortunate to meet a very nice lady...

Made an online order.. . Omg big mistake... the sandwich had sooo much condiments on it it was like soup. The bread was barely done. Now the meat omg so much meat that it made the sandwich worse. Complained to manager, even had a photo of the sandwich. Did he do anything?? No just blew me off and said he would let his boss know and someone would reach out about the sandwich. Cist me over $15.00 for this sandwich I couldn't eat , even my dog turned away from this sandwich. Happy I could waste my hard earned money on such a horrible sandwich and nothing got done about it. All because I ordered at and didn't get my sandwich till I got off work at 930 pm when got home to late they were closed for me to take sandwich back to show them that night. So took a photo,but no still wasn't food enough for subway. I didn't even want to give a 1 star. Sooo...

This is the most cursed Subway I’ve ever been to. When the weather is nice enough you’ll typically see the employees out front in regular clothes. The food is almost inedible.

Please keep in mind that this is my opinion, but these issues are likely due to a scrooge mcduck owner. There are reviews from past employees claiming that they did not get the wage they were promised. There are also contractors stating similar practices.

Just go to the other Subway. About a mile or two down the road you will find a cleaner and better run Subway. The franchisee of that subway likely is more honest...
