I met the owner randomly in Kroger where I work. I greeted her and he held a small conversation about what she did. I said oh wow !! May I follow your page, she said yes of course and gave me the instagram of The Rose Gold Bakery. The moment I followed the page I was in shock because the creativity was just AMAZING. I decided to try out the macaroons and the tase was very mouthwatering. I never really experienced that many variety of macaroons with such delicious flavors. Maria Isabel and her mom at the Rose Gold Bakery are fantastic! From my first meeting with them to my event day and even after, they displayed the utmost professionalism, patience, and customer service. I started off intending to use Rose Gold bakery just for my dessert gallery display and ended up having them handle all my baked goods, including a single layer cake for my day of celebration and a 3 tier cake for the big party. They listened to my vision for the baked goods and were always willing to accommodate my changes along the way. The details on my cake, especially with the painted flowers were amazing. They actually modeled the sugar flowers on the 3 tier cake after my centerpiece flowers!! One of the best things that can happen in a wedding is that the bride bakes and provide it owns desserts.

That meant for us last weekend, we had one of the best desserts in Houston & Katy area. Outstanding Macaroons in savory and sweet mix, as you wish. My 6 year old daughter loved the chocolate fudge/brownies. The bridal cake was moist, tasty, sweet in a perfect balance taste! My daughter gave 10/10…!

The macaroons were very tasty, rich, creamy inside… and soft, with the subtle outside soft mini crunch… the colors, the taste, the package!

I wanted to eat all the package, but agreed to shared it with my daughter so we can try all other delicious desserts as well.

My My daughter made me take a package to go for the next day by herself… which was very useful as we had a flight cancellation and drive 8 hours back home. The Nuts and the Macaroons for forced the road trip...
