Overall I'm very disappointed. I had heard a lot of positive feedback from family and friends, but my experience was much different. The restaurant was not very busy yet we waited close to twenty minutes for our appetizers (Half order of chicken nachos). Very disappointed in those eight chips which seemed to have just come out a microwave. Not even five minutes later our entrees arrived. My wife had the pulled pork, which tasted like nothing. The pork wasn't coated in sauce, it only had a dollop of sauce in the center of the sandwhich and the bun was soggy. A simple toast of the bun would have sufficed. The bun was not as advertised, the meal description said there was supposed to be a brioche bun. The pork shared the same everything bun as my burger. My queso jalapeno burger, was the worst thing of the meal. I ordered a fried egg on the burger, which was missing. Luckily the waitress took the complaint well and removed rhe egg from our bill. The patty was ordered for no pink, somehow they managed to have a little pink throughout the patty yet the bottom of the burger was completely burnt. All the burger tasted of was the burnt patty and everything bun. I tasted no seasoning on that patty at all. I only ate half due to being very hungry. My wife and I both got waffle fries but even then some were overcooked to the point where they were rock hard and way too crunchy. I’m not one to write reviews, but on this place I have to cause I haven’t had worse DoorDash service (not from DoorDash itself but my order is incorrect when I order DoorDash from here half the time) in my life, and before I start I just want to say the food here is excellent, the homemade chips are some of the best I’ve ever had and the food I do get in my order is amazing. I’ve ordered door dash from here however a handful of times and half of the time my order is wrong or items are missing and it’s getting ridiculous. At first I didn’t try to dispute it because I have worked in food and people are human and make mistakes (working in a kitchen is super hectic)(also the mistakes were minor usually I ask for topping accommodations such as no tomatoes and they will put tomatoes or I will order onions in the sandwich or wrap and they will miss that to me food is food though and I am not a picky eater so I eat it, and it tastes good regardless but it’s slightly irritating), on my last order however I didn’t receive half my order and my wrap was missing a topping I paid for (inside the wrap). I’m never ordering DoorDash from here again, but I would like to go inside here and eat again because the food is good. Walked in and was seated by the bartender, at a table out of her area. She told me that she would let my server know that she had seated me. I had time enough to completely read the menu, decide what I wanted to order, and then set a 5 minute timer. No one ever came over. I was giving eye contact with the bartender to refresh her memory, I witnessed 5 employees leaning and chatting at the side of the bar. I witnessed the server come and check on another table in the section I was sitting in, and still nothing.

There was a sign on the door, reminding people that "yes, we're really open." Understandable, given that the road you're on is closed to large trucks temporarily, and I'm sure that has had some negative impact on your business.
