Burger King — Restaurant in Kentucky

I would give this place zero stars of I could! I wasn't going to write this post, but since it's been weeks and I see nothing's changed I guess I will. Went through the drive thru. At the pay window I see an (elderly) lady topping of the huge ketchup bottles and wiping the top of the bottle to even it out with her ungloved hand/finger. yikes anywho I get to the pickup window and the next lady sneezes into her hand (great) then proceeds to scoop ice with same hand into our cups baarf. (If you don't know, they don't push a button for the ice) she literally held the cup and put her whole contaminated hand into the ice storage. At this point I already know I'm going inside to complain. I take my order, park check the bag and low and behold NOOO FRIES and we had 4 orders smh. Talked to the manager he seemed uninterested but said he'd "talk to the ladies" and that's the last I've heard. Haven't been back and NEVER will....

I left them a good review about 6 months ago and had to revise my recommendation. In the past 3 months, they have gotten slower and slower with the orders and when you finally get your food it's incorrect. They now get our order wrong every single time, check the bag.

The last time I went into the store, it was an hour and a half before they closed and they already had the drive thru blocked off. The manager was deep cleaning the dining room and had the entry door blocked with trash cans. When I looked into the kitchen, it was clear that they had already cleaned up and that they were unanimously disappointed to have a customer.

They then got every meal of our order wrong, and rather than fix every incorrection, I left with screaming children who didn't get what they wanted. The only reason I would recommend coming here is if all other restaurants have burned down. Just go across the street and get Jimmy John's...

It's a Burger King. The food is consistent. If you like one BK, you'll probably like them all. If you hate one, you'll probably hate them all. Typical burgers, fries, and drinks. Some seasonal options. Kid's menu available with various toy options and varying levels of healthfulness.

Obviously, if you're looking for health food options, this isn't your best choice. It's fast food. It's designed to be quick and convenient, not the apex of a nutritionally balanced diet. Just because there's more lettuce involved doesn't mean the salad is any healthier than the burger.

Staffing is your typical fast food bunch. They're pretty good at getting your order correct and friendly enough for what they're expected to do. Screaming at them won't help your cause because 99.999999999% of them are really only there for a paycheck that does not include enough to deal with...
