Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kentucky

This place got some bomb pizza. Dominos is one of the better chain pizza shops. I used to be a die-hard Papa John's fan but man, Dominos has 'em beat now. The delivery service at the Stanford store has never been an issue, the drivers dont stand at your door demanding tips (although you really need to tip your driver anyways seeing as though they're doing you a service), they always have coupons, and if you participate in their rewards program you get a free pizza after you spent like $50-60, which if you order pretty frequently that's kind of awesome. Never say no to free pizza! I've even been given free plates, utensils, napkins, and sauces just because I order so frequently (not as much anymore bc of my diet). Very friendly people at this shop. Only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because there have been a few times when my order did not come with everything I bought and one time my driver took over an hour to deliver my order causing my food to be ice cold (I only live 4-5 minutes away), he had no receipt for me, and he seemed a...

My family’s latest visit to Stanford Domino’s was nothing less than what we have come to expect: nearly flawless execution. This team works so hard. You can tell their customers mean the world to them, especially Chip. The night before the 4th of July, he was in his shop all by himself. His drivers were all out on deliveries. I watched as this guy ran between his food prep station, to the oven, answer some phone calls, and so much more by himself for nearly 15 minutes! And he never stopped smiling, talking to me, and expressing how sorry he was for my order taking longer than what the tracker stated. I always have interactions like this with Chip and many others on his team. Neither he nor his team are perfect by any means, but they are sure quick to fix any mistake they make. Stanford dominos is outstanding from their customer service to the quality of their pizza . I did a fundraiser for my baby girl who is having heart surgery . I reached out to community businesses for donations to have a silent auction . Well let me just say chip (manager ) and his crew went WAY above and beyond for my family and our baby girl Genesis . They truly have a heart to serve their community and they make the best pizzas around . Chip and his team made sure we had everything we needed at our event , we’re very kind and efficient and even ordered us shirts for her heart surgery .
