They intentionally soaked my sandwich. I didnt ask for extra mayo, no oil or anything that would make my sandwich wet. I came home to eat it and its literally SOGGY. We came in 3 hours before close and they were mopping and the floors were soaking wet as well and I almost fell, the person mopping started to mop at our feet so I'm guessing she was angry we came in 3 hours before close?! Now Im not surprised this place only has 3 stars.

They never make my sandwich correct. Everytime i go here I order the #11. I always ask them to add Dijon mustard because it doesn't come with that. I don't know why but they never add it to my sandwich. My recipet will say add Dijon but they just never actually put it on my sandwich. I have came to this JJ about 5 times since they opened and I think 1 out of 5 times they actually added the mustard..... I don't know why it's so had to put mustard on...

I am furious. This is the 3rd consecutive day that I did NOT receive my online delivery order. Are you freaking kidding me? According to JJ, they have no further contact with the Uber driver once they leave the building. Ok so if it doesn't come to me, where the hell does it go?? Congratulations JJ you just lost a customer....
