Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Kentucky

Never done a food review before but I felt like this needed one... Popeyes has always been one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. But my experience here today was so disheartening that I honestly probably won't go to another one again. One of the things I loved the most was the size of their tenders and their Mac and cheese. However, today I learned that they recently switched to a cheaper alternative for meat which, in the picture provided, you can see the significant size difference on the tenders. These things are a quarter of the size as they use to be... now onto the Mac and cheese. Idk what they did to it, but it's now runny and gritty instead of the smooth and creamy it used to be. I am seriously so upset that a place this amazing has downgraded this much. I would have rather paid a few bucks more for the food I know and love than the garbage that was served to me today....

Won't say who I am or who my wife is, but she started working there and I've came to learn that the manager there is very disrespectful to employees, like yelling and just overall getting mad. It's very unprofessional on how to run a team, and that is why they can't keep people. Especially since you have teenagers at that job. That is so wrong in showing how a job works. I don't respect people that yell at your employees and that's why you lose them. Especially disrespecting my wife. This is more of a outrage than anything. Don't get me wrong Popeyes is a pretty dope place to eat a little expensive but the right place it's a great experience. But not there. Not where a manager is yelling at employees and teenagers. That's not how a manager should be. I hope things gets fixed there, sadly wife is not going to be working there very...

Lazy workers— The hours listed says they’re closed at 6pm. But, the drive thru/food is already packed up by 5pm…this is an outrage. I don’t know who manages these places on base but it’s unprofessional. 6pm means you stop serving food at 6pm…not an hour early so you can sit on your phone for that last hour making TikTok’s in the break room.
