So heartbroken by the service I received at the Peachtree location this morning. I did an online order and ordered 2 sandwiches without cheese and 2 sandwiches with cheese. I have lactose intolerance kids. I get there and get my order and the two sandwiches had cheese when they were not supposed to. I told the girl at the window that the two sandwiches had cheese when they weren’t supposed to and gave them back. It should be a simple fix, but she then proceeded to try to argue with me. She told me that I had ordered those with cheese and that this time they would re-fix them in which I stopped her immediately. I told her I had the online receipt showing where I ordered with no cheese. To which she again in a super nasty tone told me I did order cheese. Even after I showed her the online receipt she told me it showed cheese on their computer. This sounds like a computer issue which happens and that would explain why this same error happened when I placed this order a couple of months back. In that instance it was fixed with be no issues. The girl at the window just kept a horrible attitude and was downright hateful. She never apologized after seeing the receipt and what makes it worse is my poor daughter was sitting there with me and witnessed it all. That is not what I want my daughter to see and think is an acceptable way to treat people. I know that one terrible experience was bad enough that I will not be going back. So sad. My message to that girl is Please do not automatically accuse customers of doing things. There is a lot better way to handle those situations. Especially when the customer has the evidence that they were correct. When in doubt choose kindness, you don’t know what my daughter and I had just...

I absolutely love the clean and modern atmosphere of Q’s. It feels very inviting and we enjoy that. They definitely have their own spin on some things. Which is great for them.. My complaints are that the employees seem to rush you through ordering, and almost always get the coffee wrong. Such as, blended white mocha with caramel drizzle… I got an iced white mocha with extra caramel drizzle. I was in a hurry and should have paid more attention to what was said to me while at the window to correct the issue. This was entirely too sweet to drink. This has happened several times with different simple orders & It’s not worth the struggle.. the cream cheese danish.. the danish was fresh! But the amount of toppings was a bit much to enjoy it.. The chocolate croissant… they gave me a plain. Which I wasn’t going to complain about.. the croissant also tasted fresh and flaky. The bar of chocolate in the middle… I wouldn’t pay the price again. Really wanted to love Q.. though I agree with another post, I will go to Spencer’s instead.

Side note; we have not tried the lunch. It looks phenomenal! Personally just worried to try it per our own...

Q Coffee in Nashville is great, but this particular location is consistently bad. I don’t like confrontation, and I’m not going to be rude to a cashier—I remember what it was like when I worked as a cashier in college—but the poor service and quality of the coffee here is getting out of hand. We come to this location often because it’s more convenient than the one on Nashville, but they frequently get our order wrong or serve coffee with burnt beans.

Today, the guy working there handed me my husband’s hot drip coffee without a lid sticker, so he spilled it all over my sleeves and crotch as he was handing the coffee to me. The person handing it to me couldn’t have cared less. I’m really not confrontational, but we’re basically paying four dollars for a drip coffee, and the service is exceptionally poor. Now, I’m stuck walking around all day with a burn and coffee all over my sleeves and crotch.

When we got to work, I realized my coffee, which was supposed to have oat milk, clearly had dairy instead. I highly recommend taking the extra time to visit a different location or Spencer’s...

Visiting friend in Bowling Green and we must have tried out 4-5 coffee shops. Q was alright, the store is spacious with a community feel to it. The one thing I am not a fan is the loud rotating menu screens. When you have space for multiple screens you really don’t need them to rotate. Either they flash too fast before you can find what you want, or you wait forever for the next screen to find what you want. Either way it’s annoying and not efficient. And the loud graphic doesn’t match the store ambience. I had my go to Breve Latte, the espresso and half&half ratio is a little off to my taste. And being an espresso snob, it always touches a nerve when I see shops using fully aromatic espresso machine. I know I know if you have the machines perfectly tuned up, then you can have your grandma or your 8 yrs old niece to press the button and make good espresso. But that’s just not what I anticipate of a coffee shop. Overall a good place to hang out and the food looks yummy
