I’ve visited both Red’s locations Grayson and the Cannonsburg location and overall, the experience has been hit or miss. The first visit to the Grayson location was decent. It was about an hour before closing, so the place was quiet. Food was basic but good. Today we tried the Cannonsburg location, and the visit was a bit odd. They were out of a lot of items: no mushrooms, no onion rings, no traditional wings, and no mac and cheese. We ordered three 3 piece chicken tenders with fries, a 12 piece boneless wing order, a sausage and pepperoni calzone, and two cheese stick orders (about 6 sticks each, one order was 8.99$)🙃. The food was just okay. Fried items tasted like old oil, and my $12 calzone was disappointingly small and thin, about the size of four Gattiland pizza slices, if you know the reference. We spent over $90, and for that price, the portions felt small and the quality just wasn’t there. No forks were given, we had to ask for drink refills, and another couple nearby was also unhappy with their food. It makes me wonder are they short staffed? Struggling to keep food in stock? Overworked? I’m not sure, but something seems off. The food has potential, and I want to support local businesses, but the quality and value need to be competitive. To be honest, we could’ve gone to Texas Roadhouse for less. Two weeks ago, we spent $80 there and got steaks, kids’ meals, appetizers a ton of food for a better experience. I hope Red’s can turn it around, because I see potential but right now, it’s falling short.

Good food, friendly staff. The Mediterranean Pizza was delicious. Better than I've had at even higher end restaurants. Will definitely order that again. Grilled chicken, kalamata olives, tomatoes, red onion, feta, garlic crust.

My Fried pickles and my dessert were very disappointing. It took a long time for our food to come to the table and my chips were soggy. Paid a pretty penny for meal that didn't live up to it. $58+tip

It took almost an hour and a half to get our food. When we arrived there were 6 other tables occupied. We ordered nachos and a chef salad. Had to find our server (which proved challenging) to ask why it was taking so long for nachos and a salad and we were told "the kitchen is so backed up". When the food arrived the nachos were room temperature at best and the "Chef Salad" was sliced lunch meat on top of lettuce. I had ordered extra bleu cheese and when I poured the cup over my salad I smelled it and it was ranch. Server was standing at our table and looked SHOCKED that I was disappointed. Remarkably, the next salad came out in less than 5 minutes with bleu cheese dressing. No apologies, no empathy at all. A complete disregard that it took so long. Not even a smile. We witnessed our server on 2 occasions making a colleague deliver food to a table (after complaints) while she stood there and watched. We really enjoy the stuffed mushrooms and the quality did not disappoint. However, a complete disregard of even basic customer service will prevent us from bringing our...

Very good food great portions for the price. Had some issues with the order ordered 6 stuffed mushrooms (they're huge) got 5. Also the person I was with ordered a hamburger add Bacon. Brought out with no bacon, waitress offered to have the cook make some but she didn't want to wait to eat. So I just asked them to remove it from the check. They didn't but I asked them to before I paid and they took care of it. Over all it was a good experience. You can show up in your lawnmowing cloths get a good dinner for cheap. Btw the chicken wings hot honey and Caroline gold are great and not to crazy in price. The place was clean staff was nice. One note a waitress was complaining about work in front of customers. Not a huge deal but unprofessional in my opinion. Minor things aside highly recommend for a good semi quick...
