WINGS PIZZA N THINGS — Restaurant in Kentucky

The staff in the bar area were probably some of the least favorite we’ve experienced the past two or three week. Probably will not return since there is a new place up the road that makes you feel like they want you there! Three times now we’ve come in only to be ignored by your bar staff. The bartender this week totally ignore us and was fairly rude to other customers and wait staff needing drinks!!! After sitting down we waited for a solid 10-15 minutes and we had to initiate conversation with a passing server that we called in our pizza (thank goodness) and her response was she would check on it. She never returned. Then the bartender who didn’t look our way nor anyone else’s way finally yells over at us...”DRINKS”. So we had to get up from our seats to talk with her. She only came over to our table and the rest of her area to bring our check! She did the same to other customers as well. There was nobody busting tables as EVERY TABLE WAS IN THE BAR AREA HAD THE REMAINDER OF WHO SAT THERE LAST. During this time the bartender went out to smoke! Yikes! We are 20 minutes in to this visit when my wife went into the dinning area and she got our pizza. After we told at least 2 people we called in our order! I usually do not write these reviews but this was the third time in the past 4 weeks this has happened to us. Your staff made us and others that you really don’t want us there. I must say hands down the worst service I have ever experienced. The only reason I am giving you a 2 is because the pizza is great! The service on the other hand is terrible. Alright, so this is going to be a little lengthy and I apologize in advance. Last Sunday my boyfriend and I went to eat at Wings N Things. The food was really good. We had a very nice server. Our server seemed to be busy so he wasn’t as attentive as we would’ve liked, but he definitely made up for it with kindness. We completely understand when a restaurant is understaffed and business is booming. The food was also very good and well prepared. Overall I would say a 8/10. Well, tonight almost a week later we go back with a group of friends. We get seated and our waitress isn’t very attentive. She seems very rude and like she wasn’t happy to be there. We waited over an hour for our food, and one of our friends never even got their pizza. My food arrived cold, as if it were still frozen. We also never got refills until we had to ask for some. I also want to make it known that our waitress at one point didn’t want to come back to our table. We saw her talking to the chef and another waitress about not coming back to our table. She said “and YOU can deal with that table.” The other waitress was very sweet and attentive. She even apologized for our food being late and gave us new refills when we asked. Our original waitress came back to rewrite our ticket and then left to not be seen again. After about 15 minutes we ask the other waitress for our ticket because we wanted to leave. She took our orders on a ticket and checked us out. We left. I would give my second visit a 4/10. The food arrived late, cold, or never even arrived at all. Our original waitress was rude. Hi I dnt always go out to eat but I tho I try this place n I do rate a place on the theme n the ppl who work here came with family I tho if try this place n buy them food for a ride n to be helping my granny get tho the good from a worker here was a 1st some ppl just look n wait the man at the door helped her inside by holding the doors with me n to see the theme of the place being sports wasn't new to see but to see fool kind ppl is something to look for in place to eat with friends family or just wanting a good time our waiter she seemed really nice also helped her get to her sit n moved tables so the old lady can get back to sit after going to bathroom I must for that must nice the price was just right for me I had the money to pay for food N lil more if I had more I'd give bigger tip my waiter was nice n kind heart just like the man that came to the door n worked right as u came in sports theme beer wine n red wine good food for a YouTuber like myself n a big time food lover this is a must come n try for urself came in around 5pm n got food in 20 to 30mins n done eaten n sitting here at 6pm it gets...
