North Pine Saloon — Restaurant in Kerrick

Continuation of Kevin Larson post..... We then decided to give them another chance and went back yesterday the 19th. There were very few people in their actually eating the bar however did have a few people in their drinking. The same individual came over to our table brought us our food and told us that he was going to be leaving and somebody else would be taking over our table. While eating our fish and shrimp we were actually being monitored by this individual not only from the bar area but walking around back to where our table was to watch us to see whether or not we were sharing our food. Unfortunately we apparently fell between the cracks. My girlfriend after waiting 8 to 10 minutes for a server to come back to our table decided to go to the bar and ask for our 2nd round of food where she stood and waited for another 8 to 10 minutes before any employees came out into the bar area. The exact same thing began occurring as the week before except worse. When I asked him if I could get 2 more tartar sauce to try to save him a trip he said he would only bring me 1 more. As far as the cocktail sauce goes it was so heavily ridden with horse radish that a person unless you are addicted to it could not enjoy the shrimp. In my opinion another way to get you out that door faster. Over all my opinion is this. If you're going to open up a business and you want to learn to run with the bars restaurants in the area and be able to at least keep up with them perhaps you should head over to the kettle river bar were you will see exactly what all you can eat means. " It does not mean getting 2 pieces of fish and having to wait and wait and wait for your next 2." We warned the people a group of 4 at the table next to us who had come in after us of what they were going to face. Knowing this they asked the server when their food came if it would be in their best interest to just order their 2nd round of food now. She told them "WELL IF U WANT TO DO THAT U COULD". They stated that they were afraid that it was gonna take too long for their food to show up they also asked how much they would be getting. They were told 2 pieces of fish. They then asked if they would be able to share with each other and were told no there was no sharing. Now my thinking is if you are going out with your spouses to an all you can eat bar restaurant that is serving both fish and shrimp who the f** cares if you're sharing and both are eating fish and shrimp. The server then attempted to walk by our table where she was stopped and asked where is our food. She then asked us if we wanted to order more. After waiting for 15 to 20 minutes and having to go up to the bar and order more I found it very odd to be asked again if we wanted more food as we're sitting there with nothing left on our plates. It was explained to her that we had already ordered our 2nd round and at that point we were done tolerating their "CHILD LIKE BUSINESS PRACTICE'S". She was then told to bring us our bill. This bar saloon restaurant that we went to we consider a "JOKE". We will never go back to that place again we had to come home and make a pizza so that we could get full. We were told that they make excellent pizza however we didn't have another hour to sit around and have to wait for one. The only reason I give a 1 star is because I have to give a 1 star just to be able to comment. Time to" GROW UP" learn to run with the rest of the bar restaurants around here. Definitely given the impression that the bar comes long before...

Girlfriend and I went over there on Friday the 12th for all you can eat fish and shrimp. This was our 1st time over there. As far as the quality of the food fantastic we even truly enjoyed the coleslaw which we found to be unique in flavor. However their service does not even deserve a one star and their business practices are being commented on because of their level of degradation. You will get your fish 5 pieces however when you want more fish and you order more fish they will delay you out. You will sit and wait until 2 pieces of fish show up. If you are stupid enough to wait until your fish is gone then order more you will wait another 10 minutes to get your 2 more pieces. It is nothing but a battle for extra tartar sauce and Cocktail sauce this was on...

Stopped in here for lunch with my kids after a little morning grouse hunt nearby in Nemadji a couple months ago. This place is a sleeper! The food is very good, their made in house pizzas are fantastic, French fries are hand cut and double fried, just the way god intended.
