First of all, the space itself is adorable. Fun cow-themed booths that somehow go well with the classy raw wood high-top ice cream bar area.
My partner and I came with my four-year-old son for a late lunch, and the staff was absolutely wonderful! Not only did the cashier walk me through every single obvious question I asked, he was incredibly accommodating to my son who kept asking for things not explicitly on the menu (as most four-year-olds do). They even made him chocolate milk (a drink they don’t offer) because he asked for it.
While most people would understandably come for the ice cream, the food is also cafe-level quality. We each got a specialty grilled cheese with the soup of the day, and I could not understand why this place wasn’t bursting at the seams with customers. Absolutely delicious.
I am sold. I may never go to another restaurant again. If anyone wants to get lunch, this is where I will now demand to go. I want all of my work events and personal parties here. I may even come up with my own special events just to have a reason to cross the threshold of this building.
I assume the ice cream is also good, I haven’t tried it yet, as I felt so strongly about the service and food that I had to take action and tailor this review.
Do yourself a favor and try this place out next time you’re looking for quality...
