The food was great. They have seasonal pricing on most of their seafood so it may be a bit pricey at times and it's really cheap sometimes. The service over the phone was good. The gentleman had really good upbeat energy. Service in the restaurant was also really good. Upbeat vibe. The only thing I didn't like was the plastic ware. Styrofoam for drinks sure but not for food unless it's Togo. Plastic forks spoons and knives are for Togo and should be avoided in restaurant use. I had a great experience and will be back. HUNGRY FOR MORE!

I can't think of a superlative strong enough to describe how good this food was! Magnificent! I had fried shrimp and oysters. Huge portions perfectly cooked. Everything fresh and delicious. Loved the fries and hushpuppies, too. Place had very few customers at 6:00pm on a Saturday night. Hey, Kilgore, don't let this small business go under! The place is so clean, and the food is so good. It's a treasure we need to preserve and support!

This food is outrageously DELICIOUS. My first visit, & from the outside I knew it was good. Small, local little place, but mighty on the taste. I got fish plate, it was so fresh & crisp, the fries too. I WILL be coming back for the gator, crawfish for my kid, & whatever else I can try. This place needs as many high recomendations as we can get it. Its heavenly. FYI, DAILY SPECIALS.💯💯💯🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼😎

I went there and placed my order, I am not able to speak but next thing I know this wonderful young lady grabbed my hands and started praying for me. The gentleman that took my order (crying as I write this) was so compassionate. I will NEVER EVER forget this. We’ve never ate there so after getting my shopping done I can say Jesus was at my wheel. I pulled in and had to write what we needed for our food. Wouldn’t accept my $ and just made me cry happy tears. Love prevails and is out there, so don’t give up hope! Definitely give this place your business! They will go far because the Lord is watching over them all! Such an awesome staff I can’t find enough words to give them what they need everyone to know. This was the first time I've stopped by and I can NOT believe I haven't done it sooner! My husband and I both got the shrimp Po Boys and as a former New Englander, that is the best Shrimp Po Boy I have had anywhere south of New York. The bread was perfectly toasted, the sauce, the vegetables were perfect additions. And THE SHRIMP, wow! 6 perfectly big golden friend shrimp butterflied and tasty! The sandwich was not some dinky excuse for a poboy, it was huge! Two hander for sure! Fries were nice and crispy too. And none of that old fryer oil taste, even though it was past 8 at night. For $10 bucks, it is worth every penny! I'm looking forward to trying more things from there but its gonna be hard to pull away from that...

If you are traveling between Shreveport and Dallas, and looking for great food, this place is only about 5 minutes off I-20 in Kilgore. We are very particular about our seafood, and were very pleased with our catfish! Not greasy, and no fishy taste!.. The fries were very crisp with a hint of spice, and the hushpuppies were awesome! Looks like where the locals do a lot of carry-out. Don't let the gravel and dirt parking lot or modest building fool you! Small and simple dining area, but well worth the 5 minute drive off I-20!
