I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. Such a nice place to go to, the vibe is great, the service is really friendly, and cooks are excellent, the food is awesome and is something different that we haven’t had in kilgore but we needed. So glad they don’t serve tex mex because thats all we had in Kilgore, so this is an excellent spot for Authentic Mexican food. They also have Hot coffee, Champurrado, and fresh pastries which is a great snack for after having a meal. We had the street tacos: bistec and shrimp. Our 1 1/2 yr old got simple fries. We were not at all impressed. Bistec was overcooked that it tasted like beef jerky, the shrimp had no flavor and they were so tiny. The tortillas were falling apart while grabbing them to take a first bite. The fries were burnt and hard. There A/C was not working I assume, it was warm inside, big fan was on. We had high expectations and was let down. Not authentic...
