Coffee Cantina - Kimball — Restaurant in Kimball

After being on the road for hours and needing a little pick me up, we decided to stop and try this place out. Boy are we glad we did! First of all, they were closed when we pulled in. I thought she was coming out to tell us they were closed but she welcomed us in (warning us she didn't have any hot coffee as she shut the machines down for the day.) Fine by us, as we only drink cold coffee! Anyhow, everyone was super friendly and the drinks were made very quickly. I got the Calamity Jane which I highly reccomend! My husband got the Huckleberry which was also very good! My teenage daughters and son got the Bandits which was also very good! Honestly, everything was very, very good! We get Starbucks 4/5 times a week and we all agreed, this was wayyy better! You can actually taste the coffee which you can't always in our Starbucks drinks! Nice spot for pretty good coffee! The Americano I got tasted good, the vibe is nice. My complaint was when I asked if I could put a little splash of milk or cream in my black coffee after she gave it to me, she said I would have to pay for it, which just seems a little silly at a coffee shop! Certainly not a practice I have ever run into in the past. She said if there were any creamer packets in the bin by the door I could use those, but it was empty. Amazing place! So cute and cozy, so many flavors and delicious concoctions. Rayleigh was amazing and friendly! Her sister in law, Amy has put so much love into this gem, and you can tell.
