Stopped in tonight to get something to eat and some shakes. After watching the “manager” stick his hand in a shake with no glove on we politely asked if he was gonna remake the shake and he looked cluelessly at us and then proceeded to tell my fiancé to tell him which shake he seen him stick his hand in and he will remake it. There was kids messing around with the staff and pretending to box and one of the kids was the “managers” brother who proceeded to tell my fiancé to watch his mouth and how he’s talking to his brother so I stepped in telling him to stay out of it and focus on himself he then started a argument with us so I requested a refund and will never be going back extremely poor service...

Blake, you need trust worthy adult supervision at your establisment in Kimberly idaho. The kids you have hired for your night shift are rude and in a hurry to get back to playing with their friends sitting at tables in the dining room. They don't care about your customer base or doing their jobs. I never send a bad complaint, everyone has their off days but, when I give your establishment a chance to hopefully do better ( maybe every 3 months because of bad service and I live fairly close) unfortunately, it is always the same..... but good. I have been in this type of business for a man years. Your employees need to know that without the customers, they would not...

Spent $33 again and it was a total waste of money! Burgers were burned and SO DRY we couldn’t eat them. Thrown together so sloppy, dry, no sauce and even cheese was burned. Buns were gross too. This same thing happened the last few times we went there. The employees are too busy playing around and talking than to pay attention to customers and they are rude. Sorry to interrupt you while you should be working! If you call and complain they just say to bring all the food back. That’s hard when you get it in the drive up and head off down the road, I can’t bring it back when I’m already on...
