2nd chance and no change. I ordered here from this location a couple of months ago. They not only messed up the order but had said they never got the order and had to start it when we got there a half hour later and we were told 25 mins. So we had to wait..when I got home I noticed the brownies I also ordered were gone. I left a message and emailed and no response. I went in there a couple days after and was told they didnt ever have an order for me....I WAS THERE AND PAID SO I KNOW THEY DID. I CLEARLY WAS out the money for the brownie because the person kept insisting it had to be a different location so I let it go. My son loves dominos and asked for it today . I ordered on the phone and was told about an hour...I called back 10 mins later to cancel and order through the app for discount and the gentlemen who answered said we dont have a n order for you....I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH YOU!!! I ordered through the app and still went along with the time they said about an hour wait before picking it up because it was a football day...when I got the order the was handed to me. Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered 2 garlic butter on our order. Once the order came I asked if they were in the box, was told yes. Then found out they weren't inside the box, not too big of a deal. I then called the store and talked with Ryan, he apologized for the mistake and offered either a $2 credit, or to send out a delivery with the 2 garlic butters. I chose to send out a delivery, once it got here it came with Ranch instead. I then talked with the delivery driver about this mistake and he explained how his boss told him it was supposed to be ranch, so a miscommunication among the chain because not only our order was for garlic butter, but we also explained that we ordered (and were missing) garlic butter over the phone. The driver then offered me the same thing as Ryan over the phone, to which I once again said I would just like a delivery for the garlic butter. I also tipped both drivers thus far even though the second and third drivers shouldn't even need to make the drive out.
TLDR; Needs better QC (Quality Control) since this isn't the first nor the last time.

After waiting another 2.minutes for someone they asked for my order. I told them the same one this person is here for. Looked at me like what. Gave the name and yes our order sitting the whole time. Told him why we had to wait and not help kid. Told me whatever, wasn't that long. Left, got home and pizza was like warm at best and got bread instead of garlic knots we ordered. So sick of this place. I don't eat it as it sucks but for some reason kids like. I'm done told the kids to find some...
