Well...... they were understaffed the day we were there so this review is based on my experience. It took forever to get our order taken. The tea tasfed like pond water and smelled like it also. Our food took 45 minutes to come up and sat in the order window for 3 min before the server grabbed it . How I know is because we actually timed him. The server served with a smile on his face even though he was the only one working. We asked for desserts when we ordered our meal and still had to ask three times after we got our meal and the pie was served ice cold not even warmed up. The young lady who claimed to be only the cashier could really either step up and help or find another job. She stood around doing nothing while the server made another table tea after tea. She could have been filling drinks and taking orders to tables to help but she wasn't. I'm assuming she was new and just didnt know any better. I hope by the time you arrive they have hired more help. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 1 is because the server was nice, friendly, apologetic and never stopped once. He was doing the best he could being all...

Would you like flies with that?

I used to frequent this restaurant a lot, as I live down the street from it. Went in today for breakfast. Sat at the back table. The flies were bad: in my hair, in my face, on my arms, on the table I don't like flies, they carry all kinds of diseases I especially don't like flies that bother me in a restaurant around my food Luckily, I brought a newspaper. I started swatting flies Like to see you doing that with your smartphone! (maybe someone will come up with an app for that. Zap 'em?) My breakfast arrived. The flies attacked. I was trying to hold them off It was no fun. One hand trying to eat, the other shooing/swatting flies I moved to a different table. The flies followed. I gave up and left a perfectly good $18 meal on the table The waitress charged me. I complained about the flies "They were supposed to spray yesterday" she said No offer of a comp. No offer of a no charge The staff just stood, doing nothing, and I'm sure they saw me swatting flies Not going back Went into town to...

The beer was ice cold & the service was great, hence the one star. If I could give a negative star for the food and pricing, then I would. I had the fried chicken plate. Supposed to be 4 pieces of chicken with your choice of side. It also came with a veggie, bread, & a salad. All that for $13.85.

#1- the beer, service, and salad were good. #2- the chicken pieces were tiny and over fried. I even chipped a tooth. #3- the gravy over the taters was so salty I had to send it back, because it tasted like vinegar. #4- the veggies tasted worse than a nutri-system meal... yuck #5- THE PRICE... ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? 4 PIECES OF TINY OVER FRIED CHICKEN, VINAGERY TASTING TATERS, & NASTY ASS VEGGIES FOR $13.85 BEFORE TAX & TIP.

I MEAN I'VE GOTTEN MORE FOR LESS AT A WENDYS.... SEEMS TO ME THAT THE SERVICE AND BEER HAVE TO BE GREAT BECAUSE THAT'S THE ONLY GOOD THIS PLACE CAN OFFER. ALSO, LET'S NOT MENTION MY CHIPPED TOOTH....

I'LL NEVER EAT AT THIS...

Delicious "truck stop" restaurant with friendly patrons and servers. Patrons also included ranchers, single woman and children. The Rancher's Double patty Burger was cooked to perfection. Several Menu options feature smoked tri tip, even their Homemade chili beans his bits of the tri tip them, making them extra tasty. They also had several desserts, including pies. Prices here are very fair. We walked out with a whole fruit pie! There are also Homemade jams, and other assorted merchandise.

Delicious, clean, homemade food with a very western and homey feel. I’ve gone twice this month with two different groups of people and we all loved it! The French toast are delicious as is the chorizo scramble. The staff are very friendly, the food preparation is quick, they offer FRESH SQUEEZED orange juice and the coffee is great. They also have homemade pies that they serve topped with icecream. Their tapioca pudding is also amazing!

A classic roadside diner with a small town vibe. Horse theme decor, The Cowboy Channel on the tv showing a rodeo broadcast, cute little gift shop, fresh baked pies everyday. The food surpassed your normal diner fare. Tri-tip melt was tender, well seasoned, and was smothered in a delicious BBQ sauce. The gravy was rich, creamyz and had sausage bits in it. Crispy fries dipped in the gravy is an amazing off-menu combo you must try!
