In my 50 years of being on this planet, never have I had such a negative experience with a drive thru restaurant. At the intercom ordering my food, I had to repeat my order 3 times with the woman telling me "that I am in the middle of doing 2 things at the same time". Not the greatest feeling of someone implying to me that I am not important and that my time is not worth the effort. All she had to say was please hold for a moment. I am a patient person.
At the window, the woman was pleasant and handed our drinks asking us to park in the open spot and the food will be brought out to us. No worries, done!!! It was weird that no one was behind us, though.
The man brought out the food a minute later with a pleasant tone and started to walk back. We discovered that we were missing fries and my wife called out to him before he was inside. No problem, said he will be right back. This is where the experience goes wack-a-doodle.
A woman comes out with a bag and a scowl on her face and handed it to me stating that "I need to be more patient as we are training people in there" and walked away. I looked in the bag and the the wrong size fry was in it so I told her that. She said nothing and walked inside where she then came back out with another bag. When she handed me the bag with the correct sized fry, I asked her "Ma'am, what did I say to imply that I was impatient?" She said absolutely nothing and walked away.
There was never any implication in my voice that I was impatient so I just wanted to know for my own sake. I would have certainly apologized to any wrongdoing and never have any intention to insult anyone, especially with a tough job such as food service. Never was there any communication of training happening, so how was I to know that new hires were being trained. Again, I completely understand that training has to happen and can slow down the process.
After we left to park off site, we realized that both our sandwiches were wrong on multiple levels even though I repeated myself 3 times during the ordering process. It was not worth the effort to go back as I felt that the woman would have been aggressive with us by this point.
Never in our life, we have had this level of service. Never have I felt the need to leave a negative review and never have I reached out to the corporate level for fast food.
Because of this completely unnecessary and unprofessional behavior, I will never return to...

Oh boy, I had a 5 star review, but that last time I visited was a NIGHTMARE. Spent 10 minutes in front of a silent speaker to place my order, then 15-20 minutes in line to get my food. Someone in front had one of those giant boxes full of food so I chalked the delay up to that, nothing they could do about that (I guess). I got to the window and they put me in a parking place because they had to make more food. When they brought it out, I gladly took the bag but on my way out of the parking lot, I realized it wasn't my order.
Back around the building to get in line again, and the person inside said "oh, we have your order, I'll bring it out to you." Well, that never happened and when I finally (after 10+ more minutes) got to the window, they gave me another bag of food and I took off again. Lesson learned, finally, this bag wasn't my order either.
I figured out what happened, they made so many mistakes that night that there were multiples of us going around the building getting corrections to our orders and they were handing us all the wrong orders.
My fault for not checking the bag the SECOND time, but I figured "what are the odds that they could do it again?"
I sat in line for a minute to go through a THIRD time and finally just decided to leave.
I was pretty hangry at the time, I have more of a sense of humor about it now, but they really need to get their processes together. I love the food, but this is difficult to reconcile right now. It'll be awhile before we come back, and in the meantime I hope the trainers get in there and help them get their systems working efficiently. 40 minutes for "fast" food, ha! :-)
Addendum
I had planned on improving my review of this Bojangles because the salads became outstanding in the service was slightly better but I decided against it because now today they're out of salads again and they are incredibly rude. I keep coming back, and I don't know why. I keep hoping things will be better.

Read moreDoes that look appealing? Look at that "sandwich." How is this place open? Leave work to go get 2 meals for me and coworker... I'm the idiot for not checking my bag!!! Never again. How could I do that to myself and my wallet? My fries are a JOKE! Is this a large fry? They even look cold and old! Every dang time it is in a small bag, like a kids meal, and this is no kidding what I get! Been 4 times and they mess up the fries, and today the whole order. I didn't even go back to fix it this time... usually they give me extra fries to make up for the issue... Today I went to order TWO GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICHES FOR THE MEALS-- Was told it was a FIFTEEN MINUTE WAIT! I said whatever and actually waited... I do not work there or know the protocol on fresh chicken... What do I get? A pulled pork sandwich with cole slaw. I took top bun off and this looks like pig slop. I am not a fan of cole slaw on my hot dogs or BBQ, but this definitely makes me sick. The smell is horrible, the sandwich is MUSH! The people taking my order were incompetent and downright rude children who have no right to even have a job with their attitude. The other reviews say it all and then some aside from mine... Close it down or clean house and get new crew!!!!! I have been coming here for a couple weeks to try something different; guess I will stay at work from now on! My coworker said the same thing... Absolute slop. Will be packing my lunch again or eating at work. Never have I felt compelled to leave such a negative review but today was awful... Absolute trash service and even trashier SLOP! Not even worth going back for refund or replacement because I don't even want to look at those employees... Whole store needs a cleaning, people included. Some people need to take the blunt criticism. Whatever franchise this is, you're hurting because of those who run your stores. It's a privilege to have a job like we do here, and taking orders nicely shouldn't be hard, but it is for ungrateful, foul mouthed kids... Will never return again. Get a matured and seasoned staff who can work and has people skills, manners, and cares...
