McDonald's — Restaurant in Kingsport

I go in to order my food and barely get noticed. Cashier either hard of hearing or just didn’t care. I try to get a salad for my girl so I ask what type of salads because I forgot what she wanted but would remember if I heard or seen it again and she don’t reply then I ask where is it on the menu still no answer so I have to call home just to find out what type of salad she wants. After the salad I order a quarter pounder meal plain with ketchup it took them 3 or 4 mins to give me the food AFTER it was done. The girl who took my order just sat at the register. The girl doing the fries had nothing do do after but sat there you have another girl walking around and finally the manager comes and ask “what’s going on the quarter pounder” line cooks comes goes over to a box flicks it or the ticket on the box. The manager asks if he did it right so there’s no complaints he makes smart remarks about a burger, splitting and it in half and saying if they have a problem this, and that, etc. it went in one hear and out the other because I didn’t think it was towards me since I had already ordered and had been waiting didn’t say anything about a problem. None of that made sense to me until I got home and seen my burger. Worse McDonald’s in Kingsport. If I could rate them a 0 they’d have that...

Absolutely terrible service it never fails. That is if you get any service. Waited 5 minutes in the drive thru for nobody to take my order. Other times I've been there once I was there for 30 minutes at the least from the time i pulled up to the soeaker, paid, and was told to park and wait. I had ordered some grilled chicken. I had asked them to put it in a salad bowl. They are technically supposed to but usually put it in a cardboard​ box which ends up a mess. Well I got back to work. And they had out it in boxes. Also my chicken was not fully cooked. Not to mention they had given me spoons instead of a fork and a knife. How are you supposed to eat grilled chicken with a spoon? Other times I ordered iced coffee with really really light ice. They put extra ice in it. Needless to say the Service is horride if you can get it, the food is undercooked, they always do the opposite of anything you ask. And I hope you don't need silverware for your food. Unless you happen to have some on you. This is the worst McDonald's I have had more problems and worse with them than that of any other. I am very displeased and...

Tried to pick up my order through the drive-thru through a mobile order which would not happen because they cannot make the order correct at all after requiring the order to get remade after coming all the way back to the store they made it incorrectly again by adding extra mayonnaise and none of the other toppings once I got home and realized after taking a bite of nothing but mayonnaise almost causing me to puke spitting the bite right back onto the rapper bringing it straight back to the store because it was a completely incorrect. Then I just get a manager that gives me an attitude because I wanted my order made correctly and by the time I finally get it remade I look at the order again not to have any onions on it just to end up getting so upset that I couldn't even have an appetite anymore and I told him just to discard the food because I didn't even want it at that point after wasting three whole trips of coming back and forth just to...
