Pizza Plus — Restaurant in Kingsport

Had to wait 25 mins to get the room I scheduled for a birthday party in advance I scheduled it for a certain time so I would be able to have decorations,gifts,and all food and such set up and ready prior to all my guest (over 20 people ) and plus the birthday kid arriving so it would be a surprise and look better instead myself and all my guests was all lined up in lobby waiting for the room I booked and I had to set everything up while my guests and my ten year old whose birthday party it was watched me set everything up which took roughly 20 mins which was so dumb and aggravating. They should schedule the events 15-20 mins apart to be able to have it cleaned and so the guests before have time to be gone before next guest that has it booked arrives. And on top of that all the staff was extremely rude never once was u thanked for paying $60 for pizza plus all the money I paid out in the arcade games while there and we paid before hand and than we was leaving and the lady working basically accused us of stealing off the salad bar and not paying when we clearly paid extra for the salad bar and we had to prove we did I mean that was ridiculous all 4-5 girls working was all tattooed up (I have tattoos myself several in fact and i love them) but they shouldn't be displayed at the work place my opinion they all had resting b#tch faces no smiles no personality no thanks nothing basically no hospitality I will never be Back to this location the one on Bloomingdale on kingsport tn is great they need to learn something from them this location was all booked up the day I needed to reserve the room or I would been at this location next time ill wait as long as it takes instead of being treated like a criminal and not being treated like a valued a d...

I live just 2 streets away and walk over few times a week for salads and once in a while for a pizza. Normally awesome service. Was upset when I was there earlier and there was no lettuce and a lot of the salad stuff was empty. I stood in front of the girl at the counter for 5 mins before being acknowledged at all while she looked at me a few times while doing other things. Even a hello would have been good. Made what salads I could (2) with spinach since lettuce was empty and a few toppings as well. I got a drink as well and went to go get my cup only to find out that there wasn't any large cups only smalls and there was stuff all over the counter. I understand being busy and understaffed but explanation and acknowledgement goes a long way especially when the customer is in a few...

What a disappointment. We have enjoyed carry out from this Pizza Plus for quite awhile. Today for the first time we ate at the Pizza Plus. Service was very poor. We stood around and waited until somebody acknowledged us for at least 5 minutes. Having told the cashier this is our first time, no acknowledgment, well thank you for visiting. Nope, just what would you like. We ordered our pizza, drink s and 2 salads. We weren't told where to find utensils, where or if they offered parmesan, or where to find glasses for our drink. The salad bar had no lettuce and was low on many items. And no oil and vinegar for dressing. We were brought our pizza and yet were not asked to have an enjoyable meal.
