Went there on Oct 3 @4:31:13, the person that waited on "apologized" for my wait stating they were in the backn "prepping" stuff. I gave her the first and was told sorry, don't have enough meatballs for footlong, asked for 6 inch not enough, sorry can I make recommendations. Told her other sandwich and was going to get protein bowl until I saw lettuce which was brown and spinach that was old and wilted, so her to forget it and I would just take one sandwich. Tried to call later to speak with or get manager's name but phone just rings until someone picks it up and hangs it right back up. My girls absolutely love Subway and would probably eat there every single day if I would allow them to lol 😆. Their favorite sandwich is the Bacon Chicken And Ranch Melt in Herbs and Cheese Italian Bread. This location has always been super fast and friendly. Plus with the craziness going on around the world 🌎 today, it is always reassuring to be able to see food industry workers preparing ur food right before ur very eyes 👀. I work in the food industry as a server for the past 15 years and the customers can see 👀 our cooks in the kitchen preparing their authentic Italian 🇮🇹 food and pizzas 🍕!!! The staff was amazingly friendly the young man and woman working today did a phenomenal job very respectful just wonderful conversation and awesome customer service they made you feel like they were happy to see you and it made me so happy to see them.I picked my sandwich and just let the young lady make it however she felt was good let her pick out the bread and everything and let me tell you it was so good and y'all that Carmel apple cookie ,holy cow was so good .
